I have been in the restaurant/bar business all my life and things used to be very good but competition has increased so its tougher. It amazes me that the price of booze has gone up but not the price the bar patron pays so profits are down too.
And dont get me started on this smoking by-law that started up last year in the Niagara Falls area where im from. I figure im down 25% because of it.
