Dude - the amount of taxpayers who tell me that H&R block could have done their return quicker or faster drives me insane. The complaints I have seen from taxpayers who don't understand anything about tax is crazy to me.
Nothing is worse than people who don't submit documents until late and then demand everything right away. Doing individual tax can be a real pain sometimes.

Doubtful. It was an aggrieved customer, accurately reviewing his dreadful experience with Wrong Way's Business. When I have had bad experiences with a business, I give it a negative review on Yelp, and I'm not trying to extort them, just warn off other folks from experiencing the same experiences I had.
This guy was given absolutely Dreadful service, and all Wrong Way can do is make excuses, instead of maybe acknowledging that he screwed the guy. Typical of him, because he can never admit he's wrong, or take responsibility for being in the wrong.
The client seems to be a big enough fish that if he was actually trying to extort Wrong Way, he would have taken some action. He decided Wrong Way wasn't worth it, and moved on.

If I were you, I would tell the disgruntled potential client to "bring it", it is obvious that he was after something for nothing.
