I thought if someone plays the European Handicap at (+1) and the team loses by one goal, it is a loss. The people that played he Draw on the European Handicap would be winners.

you are correct InSpades. Would be so much easier if people just listed their picks as +1/2 goal or x2. Euro HC of +1 goal = Asian HC of +1/2 goal... same with -1 goal ... if you list Euro HC -1 goal you are giving 1.5 goals in the match.
