Miami is a team completed 1 pass last week all game. ONE PASS COMPLETION. They threw 3 or 4x as many INTs as completions. They are playing at an all-time horrible level at the QB position, and they are playing vs. a team that is finding ways to win football games.
I understand Miami is closing down the Orange Bowl tonight, but that doesnt mean something special is going to happen. Sometimes the home team just isnt good enough.
A big key to this game would be if UM has a sellout, which it should if they are closing the place down. The only way Miami wins and or covers this game is to get back their Miami swagger, and have a few big plays with that sellout crowd going nuts and trying to make some magic happen. That atmosphere, that magic is the only way Miami has a chance tonight.
One guy's local perspective.

*Note: Just realized that this game started already.
*Note(2): ESPN doing Gameday at whevever the hell they were instead of at a place like UM is a big time slap in the face to Miami. That Orange Bowl has been the site of many historic college football moments, all-time great teams, and national championships. I hate Miami and their program, but I thought it was messed up.
