Look he was getting paid to post his stories for another site. They probably didnt care if they werent true as long as they brought in readers. Same here, so he embellished the truth to make a good story, it was good stories wasnt it? If thats all it was im for giving the guy a break, he's been a good poster and fun to follow along with. He didnt do it to make any money off of us or scam anyone at the R/X.

I'll give an A+ for the entertainment aspect of the thread. It was good reading and even though I have no fn clue who the guy is (real name wise) I was blindly cheering on as others were.
Now if what jonyonson is true, I will feel jilted in a way.
It would be like dating a girl, falling in love and then finding out she has a dick. No can do, I can't go for that.
Great stories are just that but fabricated stories aren't cool. Credibility takes the major hit here if what has been put forth is found to be the truth.
Come forth and refute or confirm so we can move on.

FWIW I believe Awc - his story seemed authentic and it seems odd that this guy starts posting claiming he doesn't know him and knows the guy who was giving random stories about being college buds from a long time ago...and then randomly they talked and he asked about the forum. Just seems like something weird to make up but maybe trying to upstage Mante Te'o? Who knows. Like to see how this plays out
You dont think the Unk stories seemed a bit over the top. I really have no idea but the whole thread seemed a bit tall to me.That being said I certainly could be wrong. Guess time will tell. Awc had logged in correct since his story has been challenged. When is he going to make a statement. One thingis for sure if the story was all BS he sure went to great langths to make everyone believe. Who in their right mind would actually put that much time and effort into into it <

i remember PM'ing him to ask his real name, or twitter, or where he was blogging - and he never responded, so who knows.
all his poker-related info was pretty on point, so he might be a decent player - but just embellished his stories to make himself sound cooler
