Cards in the air.. Not exactly excited about my table draw. I recognize almost everyone. I do have great position though. Unk is at a really tough table with bad position on some absolute beasts. I'd be floored to see him last too long, unless he just runs crazy hot.

i'll be the one to ask the stupid question, but how are you coordinating posting updates while sitting at the table? posting on your phone, taking breaks, etc? love these updates. you and Unk about to bury the field.

Was wondering the same thing...if they let you use your iphone at the table or whatever.

I'm not only posting here.. But as I stated, I post a blog for a poker website as well as twitter for my chipstacks, that way anyone who bought a piece of me have something to follow. Yes phones are ok at the table. At this stage of the game I have plenty of time. Sometimes these guys take 5-10 minutes to make decisions. I'd say the average hand lasts 4-5 minutes.

I did pick up a fairly large pot a couple of hands ago. I'm now over 100k

This hand just went down

I raise a unopened pot to 1100 with 6d7d.. Button calls as does BB. 4D 5D KH. I lead for 2k button folds BB raises all-in to 12k I snap off with a draw to the world. He tables JJ. This hand made no sense... Anyways turned the 8. Over 130k


I haven't checked on unk, but I'm guessing he is doing ok. He is 4-5 tables away and I just heard his nonhuman smokers voice yell "ship that motherfucker this way young fella." Dude is way outta line and I like it.

At break: unk took down a big pot where he got it all in on a flip of top set vs a flush draw and held. He has 100k+

I lost a few chips before flopping a straight vs two kings that a kid couldn't fold. We got it all in for his small stack. Turn K, river paired the board. Yuck! I still have over 90k though. I'm actually really liking my table now.

First hand back from break. I'm SB folds to super aggressive young pro in hijack. He leads for 2k I raise to 4800 with 88. He calls. Flop comes J,3,7.. I lead for 7k, he raises to 22k.... I tank. Amazingly the kid calls the clock on me only 3 minutes into the tank. The table gives him a earful. I Jam for what is effectively 67k as I had him covered. He folds. This hand puts me not too far off of 200k.

Dealer sent flames my way.. At least I thought...3 hands in a row here.

hand 1 AK of hearts- raise take blinds and antes
hand 2 JJ- raise take blinds and antes
hand 3 AA- raise, get two callers- fold turn- lose the minimum. Hand goes to showdown I was in third place.

Down to roughly 150k

He's a great dude. We chopped a tournament heads up a few years back. It was the first "big" live score I had. Every since then, we seem to get tabled together quite often around the Midwest.
