Don't drive to Winnipeg, odds are good they will steal your vehicle, if not they will vandalize it. Way, way ahead of any province in vehicle theft. They also have 1 of the pis poorest governing partys' in the NDP. TAX..TAX, AND MORE TAX. nothing ever happens in Winnipeg, oh yeah, i forgot crime happens. They got a new slogan last year.. called "spirited energy". Wasted tons of money on it. I believe I read they used to be 4th in total population, but will soon be in 9th. [/COLOR]Updated at 11:55 AM Four people are in stable condition in hospital after they were shot outside a downtown Winnipeg nightclub early this morning.

Police said a man on foot fired a number of shots in front of The Metro on Garry Street just before 3 a.m., then fled the area.

The bullets struck three women and a man standing outside the club, which was closing. A man and a woman were shot in the upper body, one woman was shot in the arm and the third woman was shot in the lower body.

No arrests have been made.
