Point is you can't name more than a handful of closers that had even a 5 year with a team.
The 2011 RoY is a blip at this point.

One of the biggest misconceptions about saves is people think a closer has to play for a great team to get a lot of saves.
This is not true.

if you don't think playing for these Yankee teams helped--- you can't be helped. I realize closers for the Marlins, CUBS, Royals and Pirates -----can get saves but pushing 20 seasons a the Yankee closer helped than being on another team, we can all agree. A team like the Yankees winning will have less turnover and closer job security to boot... ODDS MAY BE GETTING LOWER...

Well regardless if being on a great team is an advantage or not for a closer this has nothing to do with Kimbrel
Last I checked the team Kimbrel plays for has the best record in baseball.
