Mainstream media is dying. The network evening news audience is in steady decline; the big three magazine publishers, Time Inc., Condé Nast and Hearst have all closed or consolidated titles; and the newspaper industry has been especially ravaged, with dailies folding across the country. Advertisers are moving on to Google and other non-traditional sources.
The democratization of news, in an unfiltered internet to which all bloggers and news aggregators have equal access, is a good thing. It encourages a diversity of voices, competing to provide information and analysis.
Mainstream media has utterly failed in its responsibility to maintain objectivity and provide the facts and analysis Americans need to make decisions as a society.
Yes, newspapers are laying off staff in droves. Viewership of “news” programming on the alphabet media is declining steadily. Ad revenues have dropped precipitously. The old-line media are dinosaurs.
All news is Internet and social media now.
So good riddance to the avocado/919 corrupted controlled authoritarian propaganda networks.

There has to be rules on the books already for how to handle an unbalanced schedule. That's how you play the game. Can't change midstream, never mind last minute
What a dangerous precedent that will set. First, might encourage teams not to reschedule games if they can get away with it. Blizzards, travel, tragedy..... and second, rules don't matter, we can change them on the fly
They need 24 votes, let's see how that goes.
