If they are giving seriously giving consideration to the neutral site playoff game, then there are some logistics to sort through. Any resolution probably has to be agreed upon by owners and/or PA

So now they are discussing adding an 8th team and nobody gets a bye. But that still doesn't address homefield throughout the playoffs, which presumably once again will go through KC (unless they shit the bed in Vegas this weekend).

If they do an 8th team it's simply a money grab.
They are trying to figure out how they can cancel bills/bengals and turn this into a plus financially.
