GC MLB Totals comp plus radio show info

On Monday night the Bonus Play is over the total in the Florida-Washington game.Rotation numbers 903/4 at 7:10 eastern. This series has been an over series with 26 of the last 37 flying over the total, including all 3 in Florida this year.Florida is +40 units to the over the last 3 years vs losing teams and is hitting .290 averaging over 5 runs per game over the last 7 games. The pitching matchup projects an over as well here as the Marlins have the inconsistent Ricky Nolasco going tonight. He has allowed 6 runs in 10 innings this year vs the National and has a 6 era at home this year. The Marlins have gone over the total in 9 of his 13 starts this year. For Washington its former Marlin S.Olsen taking the mound tonight.Olsen hasnt fared well vs his former team.In his first 2 starts vs the Marlins he has allowed 10 earned runs in 10 innings.Olsen has regressed since leaving Florida. His road era this year is a whopping 7.87 and in his last 3 starts he has a 6.60 era.The Nationals have gone over in 5 of his 7 road starts this year..Wshington has also gone over 3 of 4 times as a road dog of +175 to +200 this year. Both bull pens have major issues with elevated era/s.On Monday I have a big 5 star blowout side.Backed by a 13-1 system and huge pitching matchup to lead the Monday card.Bases has been piping hot of late. For the Bonus Play take the over in the Florida-Wshington game. Also on Monday night Ill be in studio between 8-9 eastern on the Anthony Pierno sports show at 88.9 wsia.fm.BOL-GC

Bonus Play

Make sense to me that's why I'm posting this pick.

2 Key stats that indicate which way this game is going to go tonight, and both involve tonights starters. The over is 8-1-1 in Niemanns last 10 starts overall. Meanwhile the Jays starter Roy Halladay returns off the DL tonight and will be on a close watch by manager Cito Gaston. The Jays love to give Doc run support vs. the Rays and have cashed the over 6 of the last 8 times he's taken to the mound vs. TB.

Play on: OVER

<DL><DT class=dtPgTop>Mon, 06/29/09 - 7:10 PMGoodFella | MLB RunLine <DT>free pick904 FLA -1.5 (+115)http://go.pregame.com/2799097 Bodog vs 903 WAS <DD>Analysis: Quick analysis here.....Florida THRIVES OFF left-handed starters & we have a subpar starter going for the Nattys tonight...in Scott Olsen... & need I even mention their bullpen.......For the Marlins, they have Nolasco starting & I have personally watched his L/3 starts & his command & confidence is back to where it needs to be...We have a nice starting pitchind edge here, to go along with the edge in the bully, we have the Marlins facing a lefty starter & they are playing at home....I really think they will jump out early & have the Natty's chasing them...Here are some numbers to back up what I said above....Nolasco L/3 starts: 2-0, 1.50 ERA, with a WHIP of 0.833, 18 IP, 3 ER, 2 BB, 21 K's. Scott Olsen on the road this season: 1-3, 7.87 ERA, with a WHIP of 2.167. Florida is 18-10 vs left-handed starters this season & they average 5.1 runs per game off leftys, .5 runs more than their season average of 4.6. I really like the Marlins to come away with a fairly easy win here tonight.

What happened to the post from friday's selections with the capper who puts out the chalk baseball plays. He was like 5-0 going into sunday? He use to work for a handicapper then went off on his own? Something consultants? I'm looking for the picks and link? Thanks in advance.

Dodgers -$1.10 vs Rockies

Analysis: The Rockies have lost eight of their last nine games to the Dodgers. Rockies starter Ubaldo Jimenez struggles versus the Dodgers. He's already lost three times to them this season with a fat 10.20 ERA, giving up 17 earned runs in 15 innings. The Dodgers' projected lineup tonight is batting .339 against him.

In nine career starts against the Dodgers, Jimenez has a 6.99 ERA. The Rockies are vulnerable in middle relief and closer Huston Street is unlikely to pitch having worked three straight games.
Colorado is 7-21 in Jimenez's last 28 road starts.

Dodgers starter Randy Wolf has been excellent at home if you exclude his last start at Dodger Stadium when he was feeling under the weather.
Discounting that outing, Wolf has allowed two earned runs in his previous four home starts spanning 24 innings. His strikeout-to-walk ratio during this time frame was 23-to-5.
The Dodgers are 10-2 the past 12 times Wolf has been a home favorite.

Play On All teams with a money line of -100 to -150 (MINNESOTA) revenging 2 straight losses vs opponent as a home favorite, starting a pitcher who walked <=1 hitters each of his last 2 outings
35-10 over the last 5 seasons.77.8% (22.5 units)
Minnesota won 4 of 6 away from home. Blackburn had gone 4-0 with an ERA of1.64 over a six-start span and allowed 2 runs or less in 5 of those appearances. Blackburn is 6-3 on the season with an ERA of 3.11 and his ERA is down to 2.52 over his last 3 starts and 2-0 against the money line when starting against K.C. with an ERA of 2.35 and a WHIP of 0.913 in his career. The Twins are 5-1 in the last 6 meetings in Kansas City and 5-0 in their last 5 during game 1 of a series. The Royals have dropped 5 straight at home and are 0-6 in Hochevar's last 6 starts vs. the American League Central and 0-4 in his last 4 starts as a home underdog.

CHC (-110) vs PIT

If the Chicago Cubs are going to be serious contenders in the NL Central, they?ll probably need to show some improvement on the road. Visiting the last-place Pittsburgh Pirates may be just what they need. The Cubs go to Pittsburgh on Monday night to begin a three-game series, which will end a 10-game road trip on which they?ve managed only one win thus far. Chicago (35-37) entered this trip riding a four-game winning streak. That run was halted with a 2-0 loss at Atlanta last Monday as the Cubs stranded 12 runners. It turned out to be the first of six losses in seven games, including Sunday?s 6-0 defeat to the Chicago White Sox as the Cubs were held to four hits; however I expect them to have a strong game this evening. Rich Harden (4-4, 4.95 ERA) will try to get Chicago off to a strong start as he looks to convert his first game against Pittsburgh into his first win in nearly seven weeks. The right-hander is 0-3 with a 5.64 ERA in four starts since a 6-2 win over San Diego on May 12. His losing streak started five days later with a 6-5 defeat to Houston, and a lower back strain landed him on the disabled list the following day; however it's interesting to note that the Pirates are a horrible 10-21 (-10.2 units) against division opponents and I expect this trend to continue this evening.
Good value on the CUBS!

I know all about Roy Oswalt’s success against San Diego, but he’s not invincible.
After all, the right-hander is 2-2 over his last five starts and took a no-decision his last time out, last Wednesday against Kansas City. Oswalt remained 3-4 through 16 starts this season, and though he lowered his ERA from 4.48 to 4.30, he still hasn’t been himself.
And since this is a pitching system play, in that we’re banking on this revenge situation for Josh Geer, who lost to the ‘Stros and Oswaly on May 10, I’ll play the home underdog.
It’s not impossible, really. Not when this same team just took two straight in Arlington thanks to a staunch effort by the pitching staff against one of the most dangerous lineups in the league. So if San Diego can handle Texas, I don’t see any reason to doubt the Friars tonight with a value number on the board.

1? SAN DIEGO PADRES
