Just hyping so if/when Conor wins he can sell him even more. He knows Conor is the UFCs cash cow.

1st guy I could actually see making the UFC co-promote with him and share the revenue over a certain #.

Conor up to -140 fwiw

Or a cop out for when he loses. Win, win.

Can't go against Dana lap dog. McGregor wins this fight. It will be interesting to see McGregor defense against Dos Anjos take downs

Lots of $ coming in from Europe, I'm guessing.

I prefer RDA in this fight, but I also thought Chad would do it, and Jose, and I even thought Poirier would give him a hard time.

But, I will say, if Conor had a hard time with Chad's GnP, RDA has shown he can do that against bigger, stronger dudes for 25 minutes with relative ease.

Yeah, this is it I believe as well.

If he wins, he's the best ever. Dana literally kisses his ass on the PPV broadcast and lines up Conor vs GSP or Conor vs Lawler.

If he loses, he was "supposed to lose". He goes back to 45 and fights Frankie for the title.

That "Cowboy on his last leg" just won a Main Event by sub in the first round...

RDA and Conor is off - injury to RDA.

Bummer.

Paging Cowboy Cerrone...your table for two is ready.

Fwiw, I see the lines as:

Conor -200 Cerrone +160
Conor -240 Ferguson +200
Conor -250 Alvarez +210
Conor -160 Khabib +120

those are the possible replacements I can think of.

That's the way it's looking it'll go (Cowboy at catch).

People mentioned Nate Diaz, but with 12 days notice, I'm guessing he would have a few marijuana metabolites in his blood stream, in you know what I mean. It's also a negotiation Dana probably wants to avoid.

I'd like to see Tony, Alvarez or Khabib, but that's high risk/low reward for Conor, and he calls that shot at this point. They're all stylistically more similar to RDA than Cowboy, however.

White wants the fight at 155lbs- both Cerrone and Diaz can be counted out not able to make weight in short period of time- Conor with kill Khabib/Alvarez- 2 waste of time fighters right there

I agree that Dana wants the fight at 55, but if no one can make it, would he prefer not having the fight? There aren't many options at 45 to bring up to 55 - Bermudez? Chad again? Holloway again?

Also, do you remember what Khabib did to the current champion?

Alvarez is a waste of time. Khabib is far from it. That fight isn't happening though, save his return for Ferguson...

Still think we get a catchweight with Cerrone, which honestly isn't needed other than the fight wanted to be at 155 because both Conor and Cerrone are both around 170 right now (Cerrone said he was 174 today).

as a mma fan I would rarther just see McGregor off the card as well- with such short notice any fighter will use the excuse of not having a full camp after losing also why waste a Conor fight on people who are not ready?

I don't think even with a full camp Khabib will ever be a threat to McGregor

White has already come out and said he doesn't want Mcgregor fighting anything over 155
