The official weigh-ins are complete for UFC Fight Night 102, also know as UFC Albany. The weigh-ins took place at the UFC fighter hotel in Albany, New York. There will be no nighttime ceremonial weigh-in for this event.
One one fighter failed to make the contracted weight. Justine Kish weighed 116.4 pounds, and will be required to give up 20% of her purse to opponent Ashley Yoder. Given that fighters in non-title fights are given on extra pound, that is an expensive five ounces.
Derrick Lewis weighed in at 265.6. Although the heavyweight division is cut off at 265, Lewis was of course give the extra pound allowance, and is fine. Opponent Shamil Abdurakhimov was massive 253.8 himself.
