NOTES:

1) I'm never one to make excuses and I won't start now but that was a poor job by myself with the variables used in the Oklahoma State-Miami game.
2) One of the reasons I wait until an hour before gametime to run the numbers and fix the values is because of late injury announcements and other factors. Miami had 2 late scratches 45 minutes before kickoff that I did not catch and did not include in my numbers. It happens.
3) It's also very hard to stay on track when the starting QB goes down but Perry played well enough to win, the Miami defense was atrocious. Receivers also dropped a ton of passes.
4) Funny thing is Oklahoma State's defense was just as bad but the 3 Miami turnovers (2 fumbles and one turnovers on downs) were the difference. The Canes barely turned the ball over this year.
5) This is how sports betting goes, you just can't account for certain things with numbers. I was aware of Oklahoma State's Bowl Record and included it in my variables but my system still said Miami. Tough break with King going down but we had a shot at the end.

Still very confident in what I'm doing and looking to bounce back in the night cap!

You're the best, keep it up, but Id love to see you post earlier to assist those who bet with their local or take trips to their favorite sportsbook. I understand waiting for info before gametime, but the line always adjust to those updates and your always betting the sharpest line. If you were taking advantage of early line moves, you'd be even more dangerous. If you're referring to the 2 D linemen out for Miami, that was published much earlier. Keep up the great job, everyone here appreciates your hard work!

Ha good guess. It's always been associated with Flavor Flave and even with his reality show "Flavor of Love" but no direct connection!

Honestly couldn't believe it when I heard Ehlinger was OUT at Halftime but how impressive was Thompson? My goodness. If I'm Tom Herman I make it crystal clear to Sam that if he comes back there is a 50/50 QB competition next season. Worked out in the end. Still think D'Eriq King hangs 40+ on Cowboys defense but wasn't all Perry's fault.

UPDATE: For those interested, since I've received a ton of DMs about it, my NBA System is almost ready to go. Still testing and would like to reach 20 games minimum before going live. With the Knicks +3.5 winner tonight the "Test" System moves to 12-2 ATS so I think I'm onto something good there.

Flava.....nice work as usual. 1-1 sucks but Mia Fla getting down 21 before they realized they were playing didnt help matters. Miami dropped so many passes and their defense played when they felt like it. All of those issues and I still felt like they were going to pull that off. Oh well, back at it today. Look forward to your thoughts and appreciate your efforts and time dedicated to the forum.

Duke's Mayo Bowl

index11.png

Wake Forest vs. Wisconsin

Suggested Line 1: Wisconsin -12.91
Suggested Line 2: Wisconsin -13.52
Suggested Line 3: Wisconsin -13.74
Suggested Line 4: Wisconsin -12.56

PLAY: Wisconsin Badgers -10 (10 Units)

There has been so much talk about this game in the past week and all the injuries to the Wisconsin Badgers but for me this has always been a program that feeds off culture and Head Coach Paul Chryst has always had his guys in the right frame of mind heading into Bowl Games, regardless of who is available to play. My system is picking Wisconsin to win and cover the spread despite Wake Forest being the highest average plays run per game team the Badgers have seen all season long and it's not even close. A lot of people became pretty big fans of Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman when he appeared on a recent season of the NETFLIX show QB1: Under the Lights along with Justin Fields and Hartman has been really good at Wake Forest even with his #1 target being out for the season. The real question here is can Wake Forest with their very high and fast tempo score points on Wisconsin's #1 ranked total yards per game defense? The Badgers are ranked #7 against the pass and #6 against the run and also rank TOP 10 in points allowed per game in the Country. The only thing missing has been takeaways and Wake Forest doesn't give too many up but I think we see at least 1-2 Badgers defensive turnovers today. Wake Forest's defense has allowed 104 points in their last two games and in four games away from their Home Stadium the Deacons allowed 40.8 points per game in 2020. Wake Forest has also been a very good Bowl Game team in the past but for some reason they are only 1-4 ATS in their last five games played on a grass surface and seem to prefer the turf. Wisconsin is 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games played on grass and they are 4-1 ATS in their last five games versus ACC Conference opponents and 4-1 ATS in their last five games versus non-conference opponents. This game might be as ugly as it gets and people will get frustrated but much like they've done all season the Badgers will slowly wear down Wake Forest, score some points when they can and likely keep the Demon Deacons offense off the field long enough to extend their lead with some turnovers. That's usually their recipe.

Trend of the Game: Wisconsin is 4-1 ATS in their last five games versus ACC Conference opponents.

Wisconsin 27, Wake Forest 13
