who cares if someone else is gay and what they do with their lives. What two consenting adults do that doesnt cause harm to anyone else is the least of my concerns. Honestly people who are so obsessed with keeping gay marriage illegal must have pretty shitty lives that they have to care what another couple is doing so much. If they want to ban gay marriage, then make it illegal to get divorced and also make it a crime to cheat on your spouse, then all sides can just shut up.

as for the pagent, shes suppose to represent the country, whoever was voting didnt like the answer and how it represnted their views, so she lost.

I'm young, good looking and and lead a great life. I still hate homos. If somewhere down the road I settle down with one girl and get married and have kids, do you think I want them growing up in a world where gays are more and more accepted? Where gay marriage is ok and gays kiss or hold hands on the streets? It's disgusting. It wasn't meant to be this way and nobody can argue that.

Homosexuality is a disease and we need to approach it as such and stop being politically incorrect and find the cure for whatever causes this imbalance of hormones or mental defect. That's my opinion.

I Applaud her courage for speaking her convictions, BUT she should of done her homework on the Judges panel and realized that the majority of the males are gay and tailored her answer accordingly:

"Before I answer the question,I just want to say, I love musicals! Especialy the ones with Barbara Streisand, she's fierce"! On the issue of same sex marriage: Sure why not? Oh my God! Even better we should follow the lead of our Mormon bretheren and allow polygamy. Mixing same sex marriage and polygamy would allow a child to have not just 2 fathers but 4,6 or even 8 fathers. Share the love."

The Panel would have gone wild and awarded her the crown on the spot!
i dont think anyone should prostitute their opinion to be accepted by the group if the pageant were in 1850, and they asked her about slavery and the judges were all wealthy land owners, i dont think she should say" i love slavery" just to get their votes

Ryan wake up. If I'm interviewing you for a $250,000 a year position in my business empire and you are the biggest Yankee fan in the world and I'm the biggest Red Sox fan, and I ask you if you like the Red Sox. Your answer would put you right out there on the street corner with the best of them.

The end justifies the mean. She wants her crown so what if she says Polygamous homosexuals are alright? its her prerogative.

by the way, my previous comments were intented to be funny.

Since you brought it up.

How'd you like to be adopted by two dads?

@)

It might have been pretty cool given that in reality, I used to see my one Dad about once or twice a week for a half hour due to his long work hours.

Miss Utah in the top 5 was the best in my book. California was a close 2nd and should have won. That was a stupid question to ask a young woman & the young woman should not have been penalized for sharing her honest beliefs.

You know what pisses me off about the gays? It is the simple fact that in their eyes if you don't agree with their views then you are wrong.

"If you want to be tolerated then you must learn to tolerate the intolerable."

When you make decisions in life then you must deal with the consequences. We were put on this planet to pro-create not have partners. If two dudes can have a natural child birth then yes they should be able to get married. If two chicks can give birth to a child without the juice from a dudes dick then by all means walk down the aisle.

If you want to be gay, then be gay just be willing to accept the fact that their are people who are willing to accept but not enable a gay relationship. There is not one gay person in this country who has adopted or purchased a child secretly wishing their child follows in their footsteps and enter into a gay relationship themselves.

She wasn't.

But I'm sure her long time pageant-ho Mother is promoting that myth to all the tabloids as an explanation for why her baby did not win it all.

Speak for yourself, amigo.

My wife and I aren't going to be doing any procreating - that's for sure. We're partners all the way, though.

http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/entertainment/NATL-Michael-Phelps-Dating-Miss-California-Report.html

The Miss USA runner-up whose gay marriage flap during the pageant drew searing criticism has reportedly cuddled up to Phelps at baseball games and dined out with the hunky Olympian, her grandmother said.

"Carrie and Michael have been out to baseball games and lunch," grandma Jeanette Coppolla dished to Radaronline.com. "He always calls her when he is in town and they go out."

Phelps, who is frequently seen with a stable of girls, has been laying low since photographs showing the Olympic champion with a bong in hand at a house party surfaced in the media.

The beauty queen's grandma said Carrie isn't looking for anything serious.

"Carrie knows that he has dated lots of girls but she enjoys going out with him and isn't serious about being in a relationship with him," she said. "He's a nice guy and she likes him."

Billy Bush, who hosted the pageant, pressed her on the relationship rumors.

"That's not appropriate to answer right now. He's a great man... You can call me on a later day and we can talk about that."

The beauty queen came under fire this week for dissing gay marriage when asked about same-sex marriage during the pageant.

"In my country and in my family, I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman -- no offense to anyone out there," she said.

She wasn't? I'm pretty sure the gay guy gave her a zero for her answer which prevented her from winning the thing.

the money would be better served trying to figure out what your mental imbalance is that causes you to hate a group of people so much. Do I want to watch to guys make out in public, no. Should they have the right, yes. if people would spend more time worrying about their own lives and improving their everyday actions as opposed to focusing on someone they have never meet or talked to, this world would be a better place. If a dude wants to be with a dude, its one less guy competing for women, so in a way they are doing you favor. as for we were put on here to have babies, many couples have no plans on ever having a child, so they would be just as guilty. Honestly think most people who are so outraged about gay people are dealing with some personal demons and being so over the top is their way of dealing with it.
