Playgirl to show Tiger’s “Club”

Well, this may be it for Tiger. Finally, the world will find out why he has so been good at eagling all the blondes. There is word that nude pictures of Tiger Woods are available and may be published by playgirl magazine if the pictures are authenticated. Sources from playgirl say that they have received an offer to purchase pictures of this new American Sex Star.
Yesterday Playgirl rep Daniel Nardicio said, “We were approached by a third party who wanted to know our ‘interest level. Our lawyers are currently going over them, the source, the entire package.” Daniel added that the pictures would only be bought if they are confirmed to be that of Tiger Woods. Gatorade drops Tiger Woods drink
Associated Press
Dec. 9, 2009, 11:48AM
PURCHASE, N.Y. — Gatorade is discontinuing its Tiger Woods drink but says it made the decision before the golfer's car accident led to a media firestorm surrounding his personal life.

The decision to drop the drink, called Tiger Focus, was first reported by trade publication Beverage Digest in an issue dated Nov. 25, two days before the incident at Woods' home in Florida. The publication's editor, John Sicher, said he learned of the decision the week of Nov. 9.

The brand — a unit of PepsiCo Inc. — says the decision does not have to do with recent events. A spokesman says the decision came several months ago.

The drink debuted in March 2008.

Beverage Digest estimates it represents less than 5 percent of Gatorade's volume. Sales volume of Tiger Focus was down 34 percent this year through October.

Meanwhile, there have been no advertisements in prime-time featuring Woods since Nov. 29, according to data from Nielsen Co.

The research firm said the last prime-time ad to appear featuring the golfer was a 30-second ad that day for the Gillette Co. That commercial aired eight times during November, spokesman Aaron Lewis said.

There have been no other commercials since then on all broadcast networks and 19 cable networks during the evening news, prime-time, late-night and during weekend sports, he said.

From the sounds of it, this may open up whole new avenues for endorsements. :drink:

This isnt dumb, there isnt anyone like that. We thought that alot of our heores and sports figures were great people and had perfect families.........not happening!! Everyone grows from mistakes, if youre perfect, what the hel do have to live for?? The sponsors im talking about are the ones that has to deal with golf, I could care less what the guy or others do outside of there sports. :ohno:

And that's why you're not a marketing executive at a F500 company. They want perfect spokespeople. Period.

GM Will Repair, Auction Tiger Woods Wrecked Escalade

cadillac-escalade-medium.jpg

Are you in the market for a new Cadillac Escalade? How about a repaired one with a famous former owner? Jalopnik reports that General Motors plans to repair and sell Tiger Woods’ recently totaled Escalade. GM owns the vehicle, which was loaned to Woods as a public relations gesture.
The vehicle gained fame when Woods crashed the car at his Florida home.. Woods’ crashed the car into a fire hydrant, then into a nearby tree, sustaining minor injuries. Wood’s wife, Elin Nordegren, claims that she broke the rear window of the black Escalade with a golf club in order to free her husband from the crashed vehicle. Some speculate, however, that she may have broken the window and injured Woods in a rage prior to the crash.
A Cadillac spokesperson, David Caldwell, told USA Today, "We could retain ownership of it, using it for other internal duties, or we could indeed sell it off. Generally selling a company-owned vehicle means that it would go into an auction. So there are a few options." Caldwell also suggested that if the vehicle is auctioned off, it will be a formal auction rather than a private sale to a specific buyer or group.

How are you going to compare a legend like Wilt who claimed to have slept with over 20,000 women to a man who probably has not even cracked 100 in his lifetime (he seems to keep these women a long time, as opposed to Wilt who rarely kept one for more than a couple hours)?

The only part of that story that matters.
