I thought I would help some of you out with an analysis I completed today- it might be quite helpful to some of you. I already have a college buyers group for the season (Megalocks) and have been signing people up (see above), now I am looking at various NFL services. I will add I read thru all the above threads- and can't help laugh at some of the choices some of you are making. Better do some more homework guys, cause you're in for a losing season and I'll leave it at that. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICES WEBSITES FOR ACCURATE RECORDS!!!! Most lie about their records from previous seasons for a reason- who would spend $400-$1500 or more for a service that had a losing record the year(s)before. And with that, let the buyer beware.
So how do we verify an accurate record(s) for previous years????? The best, and only monitoring service I trust is The Sports Monitor of Oklahoma. First off, they've been doing it since 1985 and are, by far, the largest with the most cappers!!!!! Most of these other monitor sites are fly by night groups. Secondly, many of these other monitors will let you "BUY" a better record- another words, pay them and they'll show an improved record for last year. WHAT??? The more you pay, the better record will be shown. Some sports service actually own their own monitor service guaranteeing them a 70% record every year. Geez, what these guys will do to separate your money from your wallet. Unbelievable!!!
No service wins every year at a high rate- they go up and down. It's called gambling. But some services tend to be near the top almost every year. That's what I was looking for- consistency with a verifiable record by an independent source. Out of a list of around 50 pick services, only 5 have shown a 60% win rate in 2 of the last 3 years. You can go to
www.thesportsmonitor.com to verify the records yourself.
1. JHSportsline.com $599 (NFL only season prices here and below)
2. Advantage Sports 1500 (based out of
www.theswami.com)
3. QuantCappers.com 0 (picks are sold individually, not for the season which can be very pricey)
4. Stonewallsports.com 750
5. BigRenoRick.com 599
The above group has hit over 60% winners in 2 of the last 3 years. I did not check the records for the year they didn't, but you can if you wish.
My approach is to only consider pick services that are independently monitored- they are the only ones that can and should be trusted. Some others are honest, will post there picks shortly after the game starts but most are just marketing businesses under the disguise as a group of cappers. I hope this has provided some clarity
and you'll make smart choices and to my group that I know will read this- I got your back guys.
