ok. I'll eat my crow. Drove home overnight after the game so no shot at coming on here last night. completely under estimated Penn State. I get what they mean by "gritty / never give up team" I will say they look like the only team in the Big 10 worthy of competing for a title. Ohio St definitely has no business being ranked 3rd.
What a fucking game. Also, I sat around a handful of Penn State families. Nice, nice people. As amazing as that win was, couldn't help but feel for them. They're a well coached team for sure. Hey, the outcome and journey of the game was the absolute last thing I expected. Obviously. But WTF, I was there to witness one of (if not) the best bowl game in college fball history. Even over SC/Tex, National Championship.
Hats off to the Nittnay Lions. But hats off to my Trojans as well! Darnold is the coldest blooded true freshman to play the game.
