He also bragged while he was in jail that he was going to set up a torture chamber when he got out.

I think Steven Avery and his whole family are garbage for the most part.

Low IQ white trash. The low IQ doesn't make them trash. Its the behavior behind it.

But what a guy brags about in prison to some other felon shouldn't mean shit to anyone. Its trash making small talk with trash.

Nothing to see there.

I feel a lot of compassion for them. They got railroaded twice, and got dealt a tough hand in life. It's gotta be hard to go through life dumb, and there really isn't much you can do about that.

I actually went into it thinking he would be found guilty and then exonerated again. And then he ended up killing Colburn and that other lying douche. That they "Made a Murderer." I could hardly blame him for that at this point.

That could still happen.

Telling that the other Douche Bag you referred to , Lt. James Lenk, has relocated in Retirement to Green Valley Arizona. Doorstep de Escape-oh.

Its said a picture speaks a thousand words....

JPvIYtm.jpg

...I'd tend to agree with that.

Represented by the Red Pin in the map above, were Avery of a Mind to hunt down and get revenge on Lenk I hope he has used some of his 10 year incarceration learning to speak Mexican cuz looks like Lenk has prepared to hop Trump's Wall at the drop of a Gavel and head for Playa Zipolite

I'm starting to watch the new FX series on the OJ murders, it's pretty good so far:

Yes very good so far. The thing that was new that I didn't know is that OJ took a lie detector test and failed miserably.

Which made me think. Did Avery ever take a lie detector test? I don't recall if he did or not.

I don't believe that he did, in this 2nd one at least. Dean Strang his lawyer, it is my understanding, is not a big fan of Polygraph....rightly so really from what I've gathered because their reliability is questionable....I think in the First Case he did though...and passed....Strang probably Wise to not take a Polygraph path cuz Kratz would have just demanded a ReTest with a WI DCI machine that he would have first tampered with in some manner so as to rig the test...or have made the testing room so hot that Avery wound up pouring Sweat.

Well...Kratz would have likely done that last thing anyways, regardless of the circumstance.

Unfortunately, it seemed for a long while that Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey would remain in prison for the murder of Teresa Halbach for the remainder of their lives; only a convincing piece of new evidence would lead to a re-trial.
Everything changed when Kathleen Zellner - an esteemed conviction lawyer - got on the case, fighting Avery’s corner.
Within days, she began work, updating everyone via Twitter how she was getting on and letting people know there was hope for the 53-year-old.
Now, in an interview with TheLipTV (via Uproxx), she has not only said there is new evidence that proves her client is not guilty, but she believes it is “fairly obvious” who the killer is.
[h=2]Timeline: Steven Avery's convictions[/h]

[h=2][/h]

“It’s the evidence,” she explained to Allison Hope Wiener. “In having had a number of these cases, it has the signature of a wrongful conviction case. They only focused on him. They did not look at a lot of other suspects, certainly some very key people they should have been looking at.
“There was a very poor investigation done of the victim’s background, who she was involved with, the circumstances of her life. It had all of the hallmarks of a wrongful conviction case.”

Making A Murderer- Where are they now?

According to TheLipTV, Zellner went even further, saying she “also intends to prove who actually killed Teresa Halbach. She asserted it is fairly obvious if you review the record of the criminal case.”

In recent news with regards the Making a Murderer case, Avery’s prosecutor Ken Kratz slammed the filmmakers for portraying him as a “villain”. He also attempted to unveil more evidence left out from the show that ‘proved’ Avery’s guilt.

Yes he was an awful liar

They guy that drew that sketch died ("heart attack") on the very day that Avery's Trial began. Or day before....one of those 2. Lit'rally ain't no part of this deal that ain't weird.

Yeah that info was not known till real recently, "hot off the griddle" this stuff. Hermann has managed to stay under the Radar. One of the Wizards behind the Curtain in this deal.

Being that he has a Smelter there at his Salvage Yard and that "aluminom" (SIC) appears as though it COULD have been added later onto this note to throw the scent off of what note writer was trying to say (that Body was burned. Smelter. 3AM Friday Morn) in the note left at Green Bay Post Office:

XM8Iu0Y.jpg

You can see how the writing of the "up in Aluminom" is totally different from the rest of the note.

The note is really trippy.

SiKiKeY part has kicked people's ass. totally unleashed every numerology/cult tinfoil hat crazy but consensus is that Sikikey = "Psychically", like, note writer had this come to them in a "Vision."

steven-averys-new-attorney-discusses-making-a-murderer-case_0FgLvC20v.jpg

Which I don't need to tell you sucks hind tit if so.

Couple more things that have tripped people out Mark:

1.) The Victim's first appt. that day, Mr. Schmidtz, testifies (paraphrasing here, may not be exact verbatim language but its the gist) when asked on what he observed the condition of her RAV4 to be in: "Looked New".

When The RAV4 is found at Avery Salvage on Nov. 5 after God Led Pam Sturm to where it was sitting up on a slight ridge as though posed on a Pedestal (yet for some odd reason God does not lead Pam to any other evidence such as Bones, Burned up Phone/Camera, plates from RAV rolled up and hidden in locked Station wagon much closer to Steven Avery's Trailer) the Front End looked like this:

Exhibit-306-RAV4-Headlight-Missing.jpg

You can't see in that image but the Headlight there is actually Cracked.

I don't know if it was operational but regardless No WAY she drives this vehicle around like this, no way. Therefore this damage was sustained sometime between 1:30 (Schmidtz stop where he says RAV appeared "New") and the Niv 5 discovery of the RAV at Avery's.

Most plausible explanation, consensus amongst Case Sharps: Occurred during Towing, runner-up: she hit a deer.

2.) "Sweat dna off the hood latch" is what Kratz has replied with when asked: "What Evidence got left out, that would have shown viewers he was Guilty"

Kratz: "MAINLY the sweat dna off the hood latch, how would we get his sweat???!!???" Which is a great Soundbyte in this case but like everything else that Ken Kratz says the actual Truth is very different.

a.) Crime Tech who "found" that sweat dna off the hood latch did not change gloves prior to "finding" that and had handled other Evidence prior to doing Hood Latch

b.) Lab this was done in got RAV NOV 5/6 (arrived early AM Nov 6 to Madison WI Lab) with Battery on RAV Disconnected yet did not discover this sweat dna off the hood latch until April, 6 MONTHS LATER

With RAV4 battery disconnected

Exhibit-302-RAV4-Battery-Disconnected.jpg

indicating someone had been under hood why did it take the 6 months to find this sweat dna off the hood latch???

As photo shows (re: fingerprint dusting powder front to back all over RAV)

exhibit-RAV4-evidence.jpg

they had gone over the RAV with a Fine Tooth Comb and finally Mark.....

Vast Majority of Crime Techs say: Sweat contains no DNA itself, there could be skin cells in it but those or what they found could have been put on there by rubbing a Steven Avery something that had his DNA on it against the hood latch.

So.....I mean....my main question is "with Battery on RAV Disconnected it takes 6 MONTHS for DCI Crime Lab in Madison to discover this sweat dna off the hood latch and the Crime Tech who found that had not changed their gloves prior to transferring thier search to that under hood area?

Great Point.

Beyond just her Record which, were it a handicapping record (wins vs. losses), which is said to be "18-0" or "17-0" the deal is....

....this is the biggest opportunity to do what she has wanted to do "all her life" if you will or at least since she got into Law a little ways.

Zellner has described a "calling", a force within her brain that moves her to undo the mistakes and more often the outright willfull destruction via Lies that law Enforcement, Judges and (for Zellner in particular) Bad Lawyers cause.

To draw an illustration to our deal here, Sports Betting:

This here, for Zellner, would be like any one of us being staked One Million Dollars to lay on a single bet of our choosing.

She wins this? There is a Chance that she can "change the world" cuz she wins this? Law Enforcement/The Courts will have to be less Cavalier in destroying people. Eyes will be opened to the fact that corruption happens, people will learn how common the behavior seen in Manitowoc is.

She Wins This?

"Change The World" I know is a Cliche thats overused and words = meaningless drivvle but this is a very unique circumstance because LE, The Courts....these really have no oversight whatsoever in this country and they get away with mostly whatever they feel like doing.

She wins this and things could actually get different in that regard.....as result.

and there is no way Steven Avery or any of the Avery's are capable of covering their tracks. Had he committed this murder the way they said he did, there would be overwhelming (actual) evidence against him. His whole family is not very bright.

Co-Counsel ALONE on this Mark, the girl Co-Chairing this effort, could dismantle MCSD, Kratz, Judge Willis, Len Kirchinsky and Michael O'kelly and the many other savages present within this case.

We grasp that "Dark Horse" under the Radar betting op, sitting at massive + money that has value....

This chick is that.

Netflix Is Making New Episodes of ‘Making a Murderer’

<time itemprop="datePublished" datetime="2016-07-19" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: inherit; vertical-align: baseline;">Jul. 19, 2016 6:46pm </time>Carly Hoilman

It’s an exciting day for fans on the Netflix hit, “Making a Murderer.” The online streaming serviceannounced Tuesday that it will be releasing new episodes of the docuseries on the dubious criminal history of convicted killer Steven Avery.
<twitterwidget class="twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered" id="twitter-widget-0" data-tweet-id="755432508267728897" style="position: static; visibility: visible; display: block; transform: rotate(0deg); max-width: 100%; width: 500px; min-width: 220px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;">

</twitterwidget>
Netflix said that the new season, which will act as a follow up to Season 1, will revisit the case to offer “an in-depth look at the high-stakes post-conviction process” and the “emotional toll” it took on those involved.
“Making a Murderer,” a Netflix original, was released in December and quickly became one of the most widely watched and discussed shows of the new year.
Steven Avery looks around a courtroom in the Calumet County Courthouse before the verdict was read in his trial, March 18, 2007, in Chilton, Wis. (AP Photo/Jeffrey Phelps, Pool, File)

Avery and his co-defendant Brendan Dassey are currently serving life sentences in Wisconsin for the 2005 murder of local photographer, Teresa Halbach. Prior to his most recent conviction, Avery had already spent 18 years behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit.
Those defending Avery have suggested that community leaders in Avery’s hometown of Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, tried to frame him. The show called his current conviction into question and sparked a national conversation about the criminal justice system, leading some viewers to petition President Obama to pardon Avery.
In the wake of the “Making a Murderer” phenomenon, other Networks did their own follow-up specials. But it would appear now that Netflix will have the last word.
The new season promises to offer “exclusive access” to Avery and Dassey’s legal teams and “intimate access to the families and characters close to the case.”

“We are extremely grateful for the tremendous response to, and support of, the series. The viewers’ interest and attention has ensured that the story is not over, and we are fully committed to continuing to document events as they unfold,” said the show’s creators, Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos.
“Because of Ricciardi’s and Demos’ incredible vision, commitment and keen eye, audiences around the globe became completely captivated by the personal stories of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey and the unique lens their experiences provide into the criminal justice system” Netflix VP of Original Documentary Programming, Lisa Nishimura, said in a statement Tuesday. “We’re thrilled to be continuing our longstanding relationship with the filmmakers, and look forward to giving our global viewers eagerly anticipated updates on this story.”
Tuesday’s announcement comes on a tough day for Netflix: The company’s stock plummeted Tuesday after reporting its lowest subscriber gain since it split up its video-streaming and DVD-by-mail services five years ago.

I hope this works out. The interest around the Avery case was and is enormous, I just don't know if there is enough new/untold info out there to run a full new season.

Initial speculation a few months ago was the 2nd season would examine a new case.
