I did not know Williams said he saw a body floating in the French Quarter.
I know for a fact that was not true. I was walking down the French quarter the very next day after Katrina and as it was said it was mostly spared from the flooding .

Go back and read the NYT in late 2002. Condie was squealing about "mushroom clouds". The war wasn't about rusting ww2 gas canisters that SH had lying around
