UCONN got very lucky to survive. They suck.

UCONN has a nice little run going. I wouldn't consider the three teams they've beat any sort of powerhouse teams or anything. I think Villanova was the worst of the #2 seeds and didn't even deserve a #2 seed but that's a different discussion. Iowa St. was missing arguably their best player due to injury.

Take nothing away from UCONN though. They are in the Great 8. There's no way they should've beaten St. Joe's but it is what it is.

2) I did say UCONN sucked and before the tourney, a ton of people agreed. They went on a run. Got hot. I commend them. One of the best tourney runs I've ever seen.
3) I still think the AAC sucks.

Willie, you do realize 95% of this discussion occurred before the tourney started right? Before the tourney started, you would also have said UCONN was a weaker tourney team and the AAC was not strong.

Tell me how this is a silly argument please. The argument throughout was these guys thinking Louisville was deserving of a higher than a 4 seed. A..what did they do and who did they beat to deserve a higher than 4 (keeping in mind all of this discussion took place before UCONN went on their amazing run) and B...What did they do in the tourney that proved they should've been higher than a 4?

That's what the original discussion surrounded.

I never said Louisville was a bad team. I simply stated they were seeded right where they should've been. Hindsight now, wouldn't you have put UCONN higher with all things considered?

And when I said UCONN sucked, I hope you do realize I didn't mean Oregon St. suck. I meant tourney team suck. I watched them play this year and didn't think they were a strong team. I'm sure you'd agree.
