If you mail your mortgage payment and the mailman loses it does this mean you don't have to pay your house note that month?

oh I agree with this 100% of course. I simply am saying if the poster in question is communicating this BS story then why not call him out with questions regarding it. I mentioned I was 90% sure that he was not being factual as well above that so I completely understand your stance that its owed regardless of 5dimes situation. Just saying it does not add up story wise so you may as well dig further and point the holes out in his story.
