if you look on ebay, alot of people act as the middle person to sell stuff for wholesalers where the orders go through your account, but the items are held at the companies warehouse and the orders just go through u and u get a certain percentage or they charge u a set amount and u sell for whatever profit u need. (listed price - their fee's = your profit). I have a friend that does it and his feedback is around 20,000 on ebay, never asked him about it really though.

That stuff sounds good when you read it but sounds shady when you talk to someone on the phone about it. I had some guy tell me how my life would change and this that and the other thing. Said he just wanted my testimonial so he would look good that was when I realized this was a bad idea.

Jakes got a good idea. Childcare can run spendy. 25 bucks a day per kid. Charge people that whether the kid is there for 3 or 8 hours, doesnt matter.

Good safe childcare is tough to find.

$25/hour would be more like it.

Selfemployed a bit different than wanting to sit at your house with a newborn and make cash dont ya think? :think2:

sure. I guess my point was trying to figure a way out to make money at home isnt easy, just like trying to star business, etc but like you said being self employed can mean a lot of things.

no worries ice. My wife has been home since 02 raising the girls and its just about time she finds something that will bring in rather than go out.

How about doing pampered chef or something similar to that...

My friend's wife does it and she does a couple of party's a month and makes
anywhere from $200-$500 with 5 being a real good party... Her average is about $250-$300...

That's per party....

Tony, I would rather whatever she does not be something that requires her to impose on our families and friends. We are constantly being asked by people to take part in stuff like pamp chef and I would rather her not make anything than be "one of those" people.

Perhaps you have a friend or relative with a child who's in daycare. Maybe your wife could keep that kid for less than what the daycare charges them and it be a situation that helps both parties.

Or she could get some rice paper and make book.
