I think a lot of you have the wrong idea of what I was asking. My diet and my alcohol intake are optimal. I am not overweight or live a sedentary lifestyle. I am not looking for something to make me huge instantly and realize the hard work involved.
I'm not looking for a shortcut and intend to work my way back up to 50-70 miles a week of road work. However, properly used supplements can provide an aid along with a regular exercise program and proper nutritional diet.

lift, eat lots of good foods, get cardio and make sure you get plenty of sleep. and talk to the trainer. you know that doberman.

biggest secret for me getting gains was switching from every muscle group twice a week to doing only 1 muscle group every 9 days. nothing short of 100% full recovery. read this little tip in a article also. work smarter, not harder.

Rob , your not kidding about the nervous system and neuralgia! And thats serious painful stuff, that is often irreversible...

Unless you're training for a world class event, just keep it simple...eat right and do the workouts...these young guys that do all this freaky, very health risky supplements, just don't know what could be in store.....I use to take supplements that had enormous amounts of B vitamins in them, my nervous system got way out of whack, it was never diagnosed but took me a good year to recover...scary stuff! And i was only taking over the counter supplements!

Keep it simple! Don't trust these GNC 7 buck an hour salesmen, they don't know jack shit...its not worth the risks...

Clenbuterol and or winstrol work fine for me,but I don't think GNC carries them here. I can make special order from the one we have in Khazakhstan if you are wanting.

absolutely journey. you can screw everything up in your body and get higher than you ever dreamed of with over the counter crap.

the stuff is there for a reason, but it assumes everyone is responsible. sadly, that is not the case

its the same reason you can get ticketed for using a hand held cell phone in a car. too many ignorant human beings.

I am new to the site. My boyfriend checked it out all the time, and after reading some good topics, i decided to join. I feel that I may be able to provide some insight in a few areas. O.k. here I go:
I believe most sickos like us have tried coffee, cocaine, etc. to lose weight. And yes, it was the fastest but not the most efficient way to shed the sick pounds that we face in the mirror on a day to day basis. Even the skinny view themselves not thin enough, hence that is why I have chosen to use a weight loss formula called phentromine to maintain my beautiful figure while people around me were miffed. I was in the modeling industry, and my obese friend tried it and lost massive weight. I figured if it worked for her, it could work for the masses. I am not a doctor, and I would highly recommend phentromine starting at 37.5 milligrams. It has helped my memory, and my mood has improved. It has decreased my appetite to the point where i have to remember to eat. People who are on meds for depression may want to consult a doctor. I am currently taking effexor for anxiety. I started this pill without my doctor's consent and I havent had any issues. I realize that it is not something for everyone, but perhaps if you want to shed 5 to 10 pounds, be smart and monitor the medication. I have nothing to provide but my experience. If you take the medication, do not start by breaking the pill. it is time release and breaking it up is like breaking up an oxycontin. Do not do it.
good luck, and i hope this may help some. It has helped me and several of my good friends.

I always laugh when people say: "I don't want to get "too big". Believe me, most people can't if they tried--and you definitely won't if you don't want to, don't worry about that.

So true! Its a phrase many use out of context...

translation; I know I don't have what it takes to really bulk up, so I'm resigned to toning up a bit ...LOL
