Just walk for goodness sake.

If you're serious, do hillwalking.
About 25 miles and 3 to 6000 feet in a day will up your metabolic rate to a decent level.

If you do it every day for about a week, you will suddenly notice that hangovers disappear.
(You can get smacked and wake up feeling fine)

running,lifting,jogging...wtf sheesh

One day a week contributes hugely towards reducing aggression btw.

just workout, u don't need any stuff to get your matab going.

3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio will get it pumped up and you'll sweat ur ass off.

also drink lots of water and eat 6 times a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks.eat right, no junk food and for the start of ur training quit drinking beer for a while.

simple. go to a drug store and buy omega 3. I take 4-6 caps a day. load up. you will slim out, become smarter and your heart health will shoot through the roof.

since I have been on omega 3, I have got several comments on my sliming down while still eating everything in sight, had my IQ go up 10 points, no longer get panic attacks and won a hold em tournament in my first week of playing the game.

no joke. why are the asians so smart? they eat tons of omega 3's. (fish)

Actually lots of good advice in this thread...

Supps wise I use Omega 3/6/9, Glutamine, Creatine (on heavy lift days only...no loading), multi, beta glucan, milk thistle (liver), glucosamine

Workout wise...

Weights...3 day a week split...hit the major muscle groups hard one day per week

Cardio...5x a week combination of hockey (2-3 days a week) and the eliptical machine the other days

If you want to lose weight or change or maintain your body (less fat, more lean muscle) then the answer isn't at the bottom of a bottle of pills its in an adjusted lifestyle....hit the weights and get aerobic workouts in and you will see real changes...its not the easy answer but it works for everyone....no shortcuts....you can cut dieting or popping pills but neither of those options works as a long term roadmap to the body you want....if you want it you have to earn it with sweat...no other long term solution.

I'm all ears...tell me why or link to a story or study if you can..

I really only use it on leg day...I don't consider a leg workout complete unless you have to crawl up the stairs afterwards and it seems to make these a little less taxing.

it can screw up your brain and nervous system when used in massive amounts, and eventually lead to nueralgia.

I know a lot of these wheys out there have a lot of this in it, I guess that is fine but try to stay away. taking it by itself is just rediculous IMHO.
