Although I am pretty much done with this thread as I have stated pretty much accomplished what I wanted to by telling

my documented story with around 5300 hits in just over two weeks, that it will be telling for me to see if Dr. Jack now that he is back,

ever responds to the documentation via pms and site feedback I sent to him regarding how I was treated by Wayne.

For anyone who has followed this thread knows, I had posts and threads deleted and was ultimately banned by Wayne for simply politely expressing

different opinions about the Red Sox than his.

I am not looking for the ban to be lifted on me at CM because imo RX forum is moderated in a much fairer and objective manner,

and most importantly where free speech is allowed and encouraged rather than suppression, repression, censorship and in general

a dictatorial and police statement.

Imo if Dr. Jack is the stand-up guy that people say he is(he was with me also with the several conversations he had me with in the past),

then at the very least he should read those PM's and site feedbacks I sent to him re: what I said above and respond to them and

explain the justification of Wayne's actions.

From my point of view no response at all will indicate one or more of several things:

1) He didn't take the time nor could be bothered to read them.

2) Wayne deleted them so that he couldn't read them.

3) That he agrees with Wayne, namely that "Might makes right" and that that in itself is justification to have posts and threads deleted as well as a

permanent ban.

If this is true and/or there is some reason he feels that what I said above is justified, then why not tell me to my face PRECISELY, based

in the case I presented to him in the PM's and site feedback, why Wayne acted correctly.

I would actually more respect for Dr. Jack if he writes back and says something to the effect that "We don't want you at CM, and I don't need to

give you any reasons" rather not responding at all.

That's it in a nutshell.

Now back to Phil Steele/NC which is where my current priorities are.

Perusing the CM Thread earlier today, I found this posted from Wayne 1218,

What is telling here is that Wayne claims I pounded the PM and site feedback a number of times.

What he doesn't say is why no one ever got back to me with the documentation I presented re: the ban and why it was justified.

Not matter what LIAR/DICTATOR Wayne says about the reason being that I was banned is that he told me to stop sending material over there

and did not comply, is because DR. J(who was absent at the time), clearly stated in the PM Section, to open up a thread and that he

would get back to me- that is why I waited in the hopes that he would.

The fact that every one of these PM's was ignored by Wayne is indicative of the fact that the merits

of the deletions of the posts, thread and ultimate ban tells me that neither he and now apparently nor Dr. J have no

legitimate responses to what I sent in the way of documentation and my story as told over here.

Here is what posted about a week ago in one of the threads(last paragraph), which is baseless and simply is further evidence of what an arrogant and

controlling person he is.

If you want proof of what kind of person Wayne 1218 is, simply consider the publicly posted PM exchange between one of the

most highly respected and long term posters at CM and Wayne:

In actuality the total number sent can be counted on one hand.

This is not surprising though, as Wayne is not very skilled in debating, and thus does and has always relied on, name-calling, insults
