What you failed to mention is that lots of folks who agree don't want to get involved for the fear of being banned by Wayne if they do.
If I was Dr. Jack, I would privately ask every single member a simple yes or no question.
The question would be whether they believe that Wayne does a good and fair job moderating.
Imo if this was done and everyone out there voted and expressed their honest opinion, there would be at least 67% "no's"

Now that Dr. Jack is officially back and I assume monitoring what is being posted and more importantly by how Wayne conducted himself as a moderator in DR. J's prolonged absence, and approves of it and lets it continue, then all I can say is God help CM because they are going need PLENTY of it to survive as a Sports Gambling Forum!!

If you are talking to me, I would NEVER return to CM unless Wayne was removed as a moderator and/or one of the other FAIR-MINDED moderators was designated to read my posts and judge their content fairly and objectively.
Most importantly I am quite content here where tyranny, suppression, oppression and deletions don't prevail.
In my case I can say whatever I choose to say here(subject to the rules of the Forum) what I want about any topic and not have to worry about it agreeing with that of a moderator/dictator and having it deleted if it does not.
