Since I have been called many names and have had too many insults to count hurled me way during the last five days here(I did some respond to some ONLY AFTER being attacked FIRST, which is, has been and will always be the case over the years(most of which I attribute to sheer jealousy and envy no matter how much the offenders claim to the contrary as well as in Wayne, which in this case case means not having any tolerance for someone who doesn't share HIS views about the Red Sox), I have some things to say.
First of all to those intelligent and objective viewers of this discussion since Friday, let me just say that no matter who you side with, the contents of this thread is a microcosm as to how all my unpopular opinions over the year.
This in essence I offer/have offered an opinion of what I believe to be true( along with proper documentation if it applies such as in the matter of the deletions and ban which is the topic intended to be under discussion) and instead of politely discussing the topic at hand, folks like Wayne and his cohorts have always decided to resort to name calling and insults for the most part and in Wayne's case even delete my posts at threads at time because that is the only way he/theyy know how to respond when confronted with points they cannot dispute.
Thus I suggest that you objective folks out there consider that when folks come forward and say I am nothing but troublemaker, cause controversy, blah, blah, blah.
Wayne clearly showed this in his deletions and bans in this matter, and up until now no one has come forward to rebut SPECFICALLY any of the documentation pertinent to THIS CASE ONLY, which is all that matters and speaks volumes.
In the next post to follow shortly I am going to look at the matter from a slightly different point of view.

Here is my view of things which I promised in previous post.
Sorry if it sounds boastful/self serving but it is the way I see things based on all of the posts in this Thread and what I perceive of lowlife personal attacks, jealous/envy and most importantly of posts none of which have to do directly with the actual topic at hand and their inability to DIRECT refute anything I have provided in the way of documentation as evidence and proof.
So here you go:
1) Don't blame me that Wayne 1218, the dictator at Cappersmall ,decided to delete my posts and thread and then ban my permanently because he didn't care for my views on the Red Sox who have followed them avidly as well as baseball since 1952.
2) Don't blame me for coming over to RX to state my case when I was not allowed to by Wayne, who allows "free speech" only when it agrees with own point of view and/or worse, banned me when I simply sent PM 's and site feedback to the site and considered it "abusive feedback" when I politely stated my case.
3) Don't blame me that RX doesn't operate in that fashion and instead allows free speech and in my case the right to express myself and explain the details of how I was treated by Wayne as well overall as well as the prevalent police state modus operandi, which a number of people have described briefly in this thread and another in this Forum.
Imo there are lots more folks who feel the same way but would rather not get involved and/or state their real opinion because of the fear of being banned by "God" if they to question his word.
4) Don't blame me that I was raised by parents who told me to always stand up and speak for a just cause.
5) Don't blame that I have a fine secondary and college education with several degrees along with a profession which taught me how to present a convincing case out of necessity and which involved gathering evidence and documentation and forming a conclusion, conclusions where millions of tax payer money and federal reimbursement were at stake if I arrived at an incorrect conclusion.
The obvious corollary/implication as to how it applies in this thread is obvious.
6) Don't blame me that up to this point there has not even been one person who have disputed this specific documentation I have provided.
7) Don't blame me that there are a number of folks who have responded with name calling and personal insults because they don't have any answers to my points and/or are just lowlifes and/or of a bullying nature to begin with.
8) Don't blame me for responding in my way to put these folks down and using my God given ability to do so.
9) Don' blame for believing that by stating and being allowed to share my views in this forum, many people are reading what I have to say about Wayne and getting the word out about him and Cappersmall-the fact that there have been over 1300 hits of this thread alone in last four plus days makes me feel very elated about this whether these folks agree or not.
What counts is that they are reading my story as it relates to Wayne and Cappersmall, 10with the hopes that both will change their modus operandi over there for the better in the future.
10, Don't blame me that God led me to this thread through someone who has followed how Wayne and CM have operated for years at that forum as well as at RX, and suggested I state my case here, where I will most likely allowed to state it without fear of censorship or ban.
There is a lot more I could list here if I thought about it, but hopefully you get the gist of my feeling.

Just curious-did you write your "masterpiece" of a response all by yourself or did "Uncle Wayne" help you? lol
ps I truly apologize that you miss me so much at CM despite your claims to the contrary that you feel the need to come over here and read what I have to say.

On the other hand, I am confident that there are lots of people contained within the 1500 or 1600 hits so far of folks who have read what I have had to say and at least have considered it.

For me the only voices/opinions which count here are my own, those of the moderators here and of course GOD, who has led me on this mission in the hopes of letting many people out there know of the intolerable situation as it currently exists with Wayne and CappersMall with the long term intent for Wayne to as the words from the famous song go to "Change your Evil Ways" which will make him a better person and hopefully a positive contributin,g member of our society which is far from the case now.

Deep down inside your posts indicate that you are very much irritated that despite your foul mouth posts which will hopefully make your case, that I am still here and stating the 100% truth as it exists at CM and getting the word out to more and more people.
