Love the look of the building
Yeah its a tinyish joint , not that many tables....we got there 20 min after open, was 5th in line and had to wait about 30min BUT when we were done the suckers in back of the line out the door MUST have at least 90 minutes to 2 hours wait.....

What am I getting tonight?

Pick my 4 courses from the menu like a parlay ...a 4 course parlay....and I will make a free 4 team parlay bet for you in the sportsbook tomorrow.

Here ya go.

Soup:

Turtle meat has to be tough.
Shrimp bisque sounds local and interesting.
Carrot, coconut, ginger sounds like something Pete Buttigieg would serve to his boys. Don't think that's quite you!
Shrimp bisque. Winner.

App and Salad:

You're probably getting your fill of crab, shrimp, and oysters by now. I don't think that escargot are local. France I think. Beet and goat cheese has a Barrack Obama ring. Calamari and tuna? Italian/ Mexican. Naw. Too common. That leaves scallops in lemon butter. I assume they're from the Gulf. Winner.

Main:

That Cioppino sounds like it's bursting with local flavor. But who wants soup for a main course? That shoulda been offered with the soup course. Woulda been a no brainer in that category. I'm a sucker for rack of lamb and you may not see that on any other menu on your trip. Winner !!!

Dessert:

Bourbon pecan pie - now there's a Southern standout. Winner!

Bon appetit!

Dragos originated the charbroiled oysters. I wouldn't call it a chain restaurant. The alligator tacos there are very good and the alligator is not fried.
