Here is my experience at Linesmaker:

1. Deposited via Wire transfer.
2. After requested withdraw via wire, I received an e-mail saying that my account is under audit.
The e-mail requested my ID, credit card and credit card statement showing name, address and the related charges.
3. I called, explaining that I have not used credit card at Linesmaker. The CS said I used CC at sportingbetusa sometime ago. That card was a Paypal card which I used when Paypal still dealt with online gambling sites.
Paypal card does not have the usual credit card statement showing statement showing name, address and the related charges in one page. The CS said that I can capture the image of the paypal account and send to them.
4. I sent them the images.
5. the CS e-mailed, asking for the CC statement again.
6. I called again, explaining that the document they want does not exist. They instructed that I contact Paypal to get a letter verifying that I have the paypal account.
7. I called paypal, paypal refused to write the letter, but said that merchants can call paypal to verify the account.
8. I called the sportingbetUSA's CS. No good luck, The CS rep. said that they will send my money out only if I can show them the document requested, which does not exist.
9. Desparated, I reasembleed all documents I have, plus a few more utility bills and sent to them in one zip file, begging that I needed the money to pay my billes.
10. Without receiving any response, I called the CS again. The CS rep. taking my call said my money would be released to me. He told me that he let my documents passed and released my funds, sounding like doing a great favor to me.
11. He further said that Linesmaker was bigbet before, and he said I had an account there a long time before. In fact, I have never heard of bigbet before, and I started doing sports betting last year.
I asked him what was my account id at bigbet. He could not answer.

In summary, the withdraw took about 3 weeks and numerous calls and e-mails. Total hours spent on the withdrawing process > 20. If you have used credit cards at any of sortingbetusa related sites a long time ago, You 'd better get the credit card statement showing that charge first. Furthermore, the address on that statement should be the same as your address at Linesmaker.
If your current address is different, then be very very careful.

Save it, jj.

I've gotten paid several mid 4-figure payouts from that group of books by wire transfer.

The difference was, in my case, everything matched - address on credit card, address on account, phone numbers, etc. In other words, no funny stuff.

I said the same thing about SIA as I do about the Starnet books, do everything by the book, and you'll be fine.

It's just like Jerry Seinfeld buying soup from the soup Nazi - do things by the book and you're fine; screw up like Elaine did, and you'll have some delays.

I might as well chime in here ot say that it did take me about 1 week to receive my bankwire payout about 6 months back. They were requesting credit cards statements from about 7 different credit cards that I used with other starnet casinos. The funny thing was that with linesmaker I used western union! Well I didnt have about 5 of those debit cards anymore so I experienced quite a few problems talking to the auditing department. They basically told me that i was ****ed unless i could produce those cards. SO I posted at gambling911.com, and Chris solved the situation in 1 day! But without him, I may never have gotten paid! You may be able to check out my post over there about 5 months ago, but i think that I may have deleted the bad stuff from the post after I finally received the cash.

I only made this post so you guys dont jump all over this guy since this sort of auditing does happen from time to time!

I try to not be emotional even though my experience there was frustrating.
In balance, I would say something nice about Linesmaker:
That is, I have not heard of no pay incident about this shop.
I hope that there are more and more good books.
I would like to encourage Linesmaker to become better.
Here is my suggestions:
Now, your CS reps are inflexible and the rules they are following do not cover some cases.
For example, my experience there showed that if player do not have those old credit card statements in hand, then they may have trouble getting payout.
In my case, the paypal card does not provide the usual kind of statement at all.
I think the auditing rule is not wise.
It drives away customers who used CC there a long time ago.
There should be a cut off date for old documents.

I m wondering about such books,do they want to avoid paying you or they are trapped by themselves under strict rules? This bookie asked from me several docs be sent by e-mail,and denied receiving them all in one attachment,I had to sent them one by one, about 5 docs

all u need to do is call ur cc company and ask them to fax you the docs needed and then u in turn fax then to the office. Paypal logs are kept in the paypal account just print the page. also the auditing rules are very wise and necessary considering the immense volume of customers. There are 12 employees in fraud alone.

This matter does seem off a bit.

If i allow another person to get my account number & lose bets, then all is a bad mistake on my part.

If i have the account number and password for my account, then i want to be able to call from Africa and request my funds. It's my account and my responsibilty to keep it private.

I do not know about all this proof as long as it's my account and i have the password.

Thoughts?
