Madam, your account was put in audit because we noted three accounts from Greece with some unusual characteristics. First, there were the ip addresses and the wagers themselves. Then it was discovered that one account was actually in someone's sisters name, yet the referral bonuses request was for yet another account. It seemed like we had suddenly become quite popular with Greek women. Then, if you can believe it, it seemed to get even more complicated, with the address changes, similar passwords and the like. As such the auditing staff, being the diligent people they are, thought that perhaps there was bonus abuse of some sort going on. Although we immediately returned the funds to the cc when the payout request was made, auditing requested documents. As I am sure you can appreciate, it has taken some time to sort through these complications.

The "adress changing",was a mistake at the ****** code.

The "similar"passwords..-I really don't know what do you mean here.

"auditing requested documents"- and received documents.But no payout was sent.After a lot of presure,they requested the same docs plus a new one.

Why bother - well, I was actually challenged to find the evidence by someone who didn't believe it.

And yes, it is a continuing problem (for other sportsbooks).
