A friend of mine in the advertising biz brought to my attention that the principle reason the advertisement was not accepted in the format shown in Post #2 of this here thread is that it shows a supposed sonogram image and states that "This baby will become the first African American President of the United States"
In fact, it is not a true sonogram image of Barack Obama when he was in the womb. So to present it as such would be patently dishonest.
