Also, it might be interesting to show how many children of broken homes succeeded in life (not necessarily as far as becoming President) and how many did not, becoming criminals and living on welfare instead. This might water down the argument a little, I'd guess.
Perhaps so, but I don't view this advert as an argumentative venture.
Rather, it's more likely aimed at the very real segment of pregnant women who can handle having a baby but might be having undue anxiety and insecure thoughts about their future if they have a(nother) child.
I suppose in a pinch, we could roll out women who could honestly and confidently testify how terminating a pregancy was a tremendous benefit to them and to their families. But lacking any significant threat to current law, there's no need to rally such stark testimonials.
