Let's Talk TN +8 vs GA -8

Its really hard to take a team at +8.5 when it was almost 14 a week ago.
What really changed?

Is a blowout over a fading Kentucky team worth that much?

If you like value then Ga is the play.

Depends. Was the +14 a pre season line from months ago. Or +14 a line that was put up two weeks ago. Ten wins 20-17 last week the line is probably 11.5 ish this week.

If you go and play with the most basic stats it spits out a line close to what it opened Sunday. Total as well.

Last week UGA vs FLA
39 and 19 were the projected lines of basic stats. That’s the most basic of stats. Projection of that was UGA 39 UF 19. Final was 42-20.

So basically somewhere in the UGA -20 total 58 range. Tweak an algorithm here or there line was UGA -22.5 no idea what total was but I’d bet it was real close to 58.

Think Georgia could get a decent lead and try to shorten game. Tenny pass defense is weak but still think Georgia focuses on the run

Tenn vs Georgia rolling right into Alabama vs lsu.
I think Georgia is still a class above Tennessee. Vols have played at home the last month and now back on the road. They did dominate lsu in Baton Rouge a month ago but I think Georgia is a different beast and think the offense isn’t as crisp on the road vs Georgia. Dogs should control the line of scrimmage and work clock keeping the Vols offense from heating up and getting in rhythm. Should be a great day of football and excited to watch it

Don't be surprised if Texas or Baylor takes TCU out in the next two weeks.. quite a few land mines in that conference this year

TCU by far has the toughest road and Michigan/Ohio State have one another. One of those two will be #2 behind Georgia at seasons end if Georgia doesn't lose.

#3/#4 are wide open for several teams to stake a claim. But based on today and not the future that's how I came up with my top 4.
