Thanks D

I've always tried to post these for the past few years, but sometimes I get sidetracked.

Going to try my best to have these up every week this Season.

Seeing a lot of love for atlanta.. especially given the injuries that have plagued the cowboys. I'll take dallas at home to avoid the bloodbath.

First, I meant to take you off PR earlier tonight but was Mobile. So you are good to go. ( please stay away from Sunshine )

Now to your question.

I personally don't like to follow the top 5 consensus picks. and hate if My 5 picks match them. Even though last season they hit 58%
Which is why i don't mind being on 2 or 3 of them. Just not All 5

You have to remember now that the LVH Supercontest has grown, there are a ton of Squares in the Contest. Avg. guy taking a shot for $1500
I'm not saying I'm a Pro/Sharp by any means ... I feel that I am like a Semi-Pro, I think I have a decent opinion and probably will have my fair share of square plays as well.

Got ya.. Thx a bunch.
Cant wait for Sunday. I wish there were games every night lol!

Philly stands out to me as the best pick. I also lean NE (and OVER), MIA and maybe Tennessee.

So you're saying there's no difference whether Brady is out with an injury or he's playing?

There is a big difference on whether the starting qb plays & the team relies heavy on him.

Prime example is the Cards last year when they lost Carson Palmer......

Better example is when Aaron Rodgers was hurt. He's worth double digit points.

Atl on their second road game in a row. After the emotional comeback last week against the Giants, I think there could be a little of a letdown. I really think the Dallas D will step up and do the job..........that's just my opinion. Good luck to all. Remember, this is the NFL! Can't tell from week to week!

I really like the Rams this week. The Rams are a young squad and they're an up and down team (Good Rams / Bad Rams). They seem to play well against good teams especially at home. I like the fact that coach Jeff Fisher is familiar with the Steelers from his time in Tennessee. Todd Gurley is no longer on the injury report and he says he's ready to play against the Steelers. I think the offense steps up this weekend and puts some points on the board. The Rams defense is good enough to keep the Steelers offense in check. This one has “Good Rams” written all over it. Rams 30 - Steelers 17

With a possibility of Decker, Revis and Ivory being Out ... this is looking better
Plus now the line is down to -1.5 at most shops

I don't have any records for this, but this is my favorite situation. Star Qb goes down and everyone else steps up for the next week at least. My memory might be fuzzy but: NE did this as underdogs after Brady went down with the knee injury, Cardinals win as road dogs after Palmer has his yearly injury (I think against NE or maybe Jets), and Dallas won as underdogs the week after Romo broke his collarbone the last time with Weeden and their defense was horrible. They did not cover the spread, they won in those situations. I'll take them plus points every time.

As much as I thought I would like this Thursday night game. I see no value in -3
I believe it will fall at 3

If I had a gun to my head, I would play NYG 1st half, -2.5

I stopped being lazy and googled it. It was Jon Kitna that took over for Romo. Damn kids, of course 5 years ago felt like 2. haha. Best of Luck with your picks everybody!

Sorry I singled out your post TCG. I just get excited sometimes and used it as a reference point for some intangibles that I wanted to talk about. Best of Luck on your selections.
