How much does this run?
24.00 is about the cheapest I've seen..it's great, better than anything I've had in the price point by far.

Worth a try Hman...Good on the rocks has a rye taste.

I drink more than I used to, but still not a huge drinker

Tequila has usually been my preference

But last Thanksgiving when I went to Kentucky, my nephew introduced me to that high proof bourbon

All i can say is i got up in the middle of the night to go to bathroom, and I could not walk straight & actually ended up busting my azz

gonna splurge just a tad.....I had about 3 or 4 drinks from a buddy's bottle 4 years ago and was quite delighted with the taste.

Regular Four Roses is meh at best, but this version is way better. Probably wont buy again till 2025 , so gonna take my time with this one.

Tremendous flavors, way better than regular Makers, which I do like quite a bit.

Sipped on that shit continuously for 12 hours and never felt drunk....only .25 of the bottle left.

...and that is why I buy cheaper bourbon usually

Everyday drinker...or other: Wild Turkey 101 and it's not close. It's all 6-8 year juice. I'll take this over Buff trace, blantons, etc for half the price at a restaurant.

Blantons Straight from the Barrel...is miles better than regular Blantons, which is just ok. Blantons gold is just a couple notches below SFTB.
I've got a couple of unopened regular Blantons from 1993 and 1997. All pre 2000 Blantons will blow your mind. Completely different stuff. Unreal

Best bourbon I've had is OFBB 2016. Old forester birthday bourbon comes out every September...but you'd never know bec you never see it now.
If you ever come across this bottle...buy it for anything under $175ish. and pay up to $30 for a pour.

WLW (william larue weller) is a close second. this stuff is fantastic. you will never see a bottle to buy but it's worth a $40 pour (most price it much higher)

EH Taylor Single Barrel is worth buy for under $90 a bottle and under $16 a pour imo. It's good stuff.

I drank ~80% of a pappy 15 bottle at a new hotel bar next to my work a few years ago that did half price pours. Half price was around $28 if I recall...a normal pour at any highish end place now is going to be $150+. It wasn't worth it...but I forced it down for value. Very woody

I've had all the pappys and wizard pappy (10 yr) is the best of all of them. Lot B..12yr is the worst.

LOL...reminds me of the time you drank all the Pappy at the $25pour deal in NewOrleans......told me about it but they were out the next day.....haha

I went in , they told me they were out as they got hit hard the day before. I got up and went to that kick ass bar at the Roosevelt and drank OldFashioneds and watched all the snooty white people check into their rooms and make instagram videos.

I remember that...I'm pretty sure that was pappy 10. that sucks either way. 10 is a buy at $30 or less.
I'm a fan of the Roosevelt at Christmas time...lights are great. We usually try to hit the Domenica hh before going to that bar right there.
Buffalo trace is all over nola/Louisiana. I'll drink a bunch of that neat and in old fashioneds when down there....which is 3x+ year.

Watching NFL in the quarter on Sundays when it's not too packed is my fave place to be...unless you get a seat at the .25 cent vp bar at Caesars which I did last fall and drank free premium liquors and beers for hours and just had to play a little vp every once in a while.

Foursquare 2006/criterion/and triptych (rums) are still the best liquors I've ever had...better than all the bourbz. Those are probably all worth $1K-$1.5K now.

Headed back this year but we going to stay in Biloxi and only take a 1 day daytrip to NewOrleans....probably when the Pelicans play Utah if things work out.
