You are buggn.

Chilli peppers, Nirvana, Pearl jam, candle box, Dave Matthews, Jack Jhonson, U2, Aerosmith, GNR, Van Halen. There has been plenty of talent post 70's.

I don't care for Ludacris. He isn't really part of the culture. It's just popcorn.

Sorry, Ludacris is like one of four rappers that I could name off the top of my head. You got some good pics there but I have to say that Aerosmith hasnt done much worth writing about since the seventies ended, Candlebox was about as original(and gay)as Firehouse, and Jack Johnson seriously are you a girl?

Seriously though right? Although the Goonies theme song was awesome(mostly because of the WWF Wrestlers in the video) but something tells me that XFiles was more into "Girls just wanna have fun".

we are commenting rock, last 4 are toilet paper... well rod not so much but wtf?

Instead of milk i was raised on LZ. Sorry, but, I'd have to agree with Rob.
Most of their music is average, and much dumpster worthy. Although a
few songs like Black Dog rank in the top 1000 of all time.

Does anyone remember the band Dread Zepplin that combined Elvis and Zepplin tunes?
Good band..I've got a couple of their cd's..Their version of Zeppelin's Hearbreaker where they go into Heartbreak Hotel is a true classic.

Guess I just need to start a "guitar hero" thread every few days to keep things busy. God forbid any of you geeks read my literature thread.

Funkster you got loads of WTFs by denigrating Led Zeppelin.

I'll pause now while 90% of you look up "denigrating".

OK back now, WC Bias says hi. He's watching.:aktion033

Any combination of the Yardbirds from 1963 to 1966 has to get mention in a greatest rock band discussion.

Watch the South Park episode called Guitar Queer-O. Explains how I feel about the whole thing and probably Led Zeppelin.

Damn you Robfunk, why must you insist on proving again and again that you know crap about good music.

I agree with this post

"Whole Lotta Love" = Zeppelin's One Good Tune...
