I know ZERO about this. But if Tony (Sean) was the sole owner of 5 dimes, at some point there must be some type of internal problem. At least one would think that... Not exactly a Fortune 500 company...Now if he had written out instructions about what happens upon his death, then that's likely different. If he's still listed as only missing, then nothing from nothing leaves nothing. But as all have noted, this is Costa Rica, where the rule of law is a sham.
