Meh it could.

Might allow Ohio State to stay in the playoff even with a loss

Not sure Michigan is gonna beat Ohio State anyway though. Bucks match up well with them
I agree. Rrspectfully, there's some in the forum who have no idea what they're talking about.

Really, lol? You talk as if it's a layup that Ohio State is going to beat Michigan and win a natty just because you have a bet on them. That seems to be influencing your position. This "resident expert", and others on here, think that Michigan takes out Ohio State. Your position is that anyone who doesn't agree with you and Avacodo is wrong and is condescendingly labeled. Michigan matches up with Ohio State better than any team on their schedule. Michigan is at home, has a huge advantage at the QB position and is riding a wave of confidence, having blown out Ohio State two years in a row. We shall see.

Don't think anyone has said Ohio State is necessarily going to beat Michigan, let alone win it easily

If anything, lot of folks saying the opposite -- Michigan is going to beat Ohio State as a foregone conclusion, when that's obviously not the case.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Only thing I would really push back on is the bolded part above. How is that true? Ohio State stylistically has the edge in a match-up with Michigan because of their defensive scheme. Michigan is gonna have to dink and dunk.

They won that game last year because of a lot of big plays/defensive breakdowns from Ohio State that simply aren't being given up by the Buckeyes this year. Not a single 40+ yard play given up.

Michigan D will probably have a bit of trouble with Ohio skill guys if Buckeyes get any sort of protection - which I concede has been spotty this year

(y) If you read what I said I stated OSU might lose that game...... and I also stated that could still get in if that happened depending on what happens with the few other 1 loss teams.

Not here to argue. I made several VALUE future wagers. What happens, happens brother. You go ahead and lay the mortgage on Michigan.

I guess it's possible the committee could jump Georgia over Ohio State before they play Michigan

Maybe they're waiting for Georgia to get some quality wins

I will say it is funny to read criticism of Ryan Day out there

Guy is 53-6 as the coach of Ohio State LOL
Non believers. Its ok 😆. OSU was a system future wager for me in August and I made several bets as the line got better and better. I won't lose any sleep if they lose but I like my rake if they're the last team standing, which i think they will be and I thought that before the first game kicked off. I won my future wager last season (I had money on a couple teams) also and added before the start of the playoff. Its all posted.

I prefer him over Woody Hayes, as does my Pops who was recruited by that son of a gun 50 years ago. Ohio state was a bad name in my house even in the south :ROFLMAO:

Buckeyes look to be the deepest team right now and catching their stride. QB play is a bit shaky at times but improving. Def in a good spot for those holding a OSU futures ticket now.

Ohio St were outplayed but Rutgers is Rutgers. Penn ST defensive home doggie pulls it off and then we have a clusterfk in waiting.
Will be fun

Sloppy win but don't think they were outplayed. They dominated the second half after sleep walking the first. That's what teams like Ohio State do this time of year.

I'd be shocked if Penn State beat Michigan, but I hope you're right

Ohio State now +800, the 5th choice behind even 1 loss Alabama. 😆
