Lot of value on the Buckeyes still in the +600 range. Georgia and Michigan both hovering from +250 to +300.

If Penn State pulled off the upset in Happy Valley against Michigan (doubtful, but I've seen crazier things happen), I heard Ohio State could possibly clinch the Big Ten East before the Michigan game, making it basically meaningless as far as their CFP chances

We'll see what the committee thinks thus far here in a few minutes. I don't see how Georgia will be ranked #1 with the shitty schedule they've played so far. Ohio State should be at least, #3, if not higher.

Possible Michigan and Ohio State are 1 and 2

My guess is Michigan 1, Georgia 2, Ohio State 3

That's prob what it will be but I think Ga should be 4. They haven't played anyone yet.

I would say 3. Who else would you put in front?

To the committee’s credit, they historically have been more willing disregard the “defending champ” factor that clearly exists in the polls

I can’t see how OSU and FSU aren’t number 1-2, in whatever order.
I agree based on games played thus far. Michigan(1) is now the betting favorite, followed by Georgia(2), Ohio State(3) Florida State(4) That will probably be the CFP rankings when they come out next week. My rankings would be.....

Ohio State
Florida State
Georgia
Michigan

Winning by 10 or winning by 20 doesn't matter. Ohio States 2 games against top 10 teams were fairly close as they should have been. They were #7 and #9 ranked teams the week they played them. They've also won without their #2 receiver recently. Did you expect them to win 60-0? Lol. Ohio State won't be respected until they win it all and even then maybe not.

The jury will still be out after they are in the CFP championship game and that's ok. The value is STILL there at +600 even though they could have been had at +1000 or higher recently.

Ohio State has every bit the speed Georgia has.

Ohio State as good of athletes as anyone in the country. You're just seeing it surface more on the defensive end this particular season

Buckeyes have arguably the best defense in the country, and great skill position players offensively. The questions for them are if McCord can hold up and avoid making mistakes, and if offensive line is strong enough.

Mich beat bucks last couple -i dusagree that thier as fast as Georgia but ohio dee is super
Georgia slower than last year and Georgia couldn't contain Ohio State, probably lose to them if Marvin Harrison JR isn't knocked out of the game

Michigan beat Ohio State because of defensive lapses -- OSU much worse defensively last year, and very prone to giving up huge plays -- which decided that game

Ohio State not letting that happen this year. Have to nickel and dime them
