roxygirl,

Thanks for the info. I am assuming from your writeup you also like the under though you never stated it. LOL.

Denver/Indianapolis over 56.5.... I expect a lot of fireworks in this one. Ideal weather as game being played in a dome. Two explosive offenses in a do or die situation. I expect Denver to be chasing all day but keep it under the number so this game should go back and forth like Indy's game with San Diego a few weeks back. This game should be played in the 60's.

keep up the good work man...like all your plays. indy/den could go either way, imo, the spread is so high.

Seahawks lose su but game stays under to bring playoff record to 1-1. congrats to those that had the Rams as this was one bet I am actually glad I lost being a diehard Rams fan. I am shocked and happy they are moving on to Philly or Atlanta!

Green Bay/Minnesota under 50.....Familiarity brings less scoring. Weather will not be optimal but feel that this total is a complete trap. Originally liked the over but the more I think about it, I feel both teams will RUN not PASS as much tomorrow. Especially Minnesota who will try to control the clock and shorten the game.

Final Wild Card Weekend Slate:

Seattle -4 (loss)
Seattle/STL under 51.5 (Win)
San Diego -6
San Diego/Jets under 44
Denver +10
Denver/Indianapolis over 56.5
Minnesota +7 (bought 1/2 pt)
Minnesota/Green Bay under 50

Best of luck.

bsquared,

Best of luck to you as well today. Yesterday was an odd day considering I rarely play unders and played 2 and won both of them while rarely does to dogs when su on the road in the same day and that happened as well. Expect more of the unexpected today!

Know that yesterday you had a split, so just wanted to wish you better luck today. Very challenging time of year.

oldmanted,

I appreciate it! As you probably have noticed I have chosen to go against the grain on this Green Bay/Minnesota total. One thing I have noticed is that when these teams are constantly playing 2 or 3 times, it breeds familiarity with each other. This normally won't show up until the red zone where teams end up kicking field goals instead of touchdowns. I can also tell you weather is not as good as forecasted. It is cold as heck and the wind is blowing strong here is Chicago, so conditions in Green Bay definitely will be worse than it is here. Best of luck to you on your over play as my smallest bet is the under so won't hurt me with a loss there. My 2 large plays today are Indy over and Vikes.

Kojak, not trying to be an a*s, but I really didn't like giving the Jets 7 points. Jets usually keep games close. But then again, I thought the Seahawks would blow the rams out, owell.......

Much better day today going 3-1 overall with winners with Indy over, Minnesota, and Minnesota under with only loser on Denver. Overall record the first weekend of the playoffs is 5-3 with 1-3 on sides and 4-0 on totals. Best of luck as record now stands last 3 weeks 19-4-1.
