Courts dont prove anything, OJ and Kirby Puckett got off, Kobe probably will too, because they will probably have a divorced man on the jury that hates woman. Howcome you never see Orel Hershiser being charged for rape? Yes, I can see Orel getting arrested for rape. All you need is one convincing woman and one DA that's eager for some attention. That's it, that's all you would need. Our whole society is celebrity concious and that includes our judicial system. And you can count on a civil suit once the criminal case is dismissed. And she will get a check. Why?
