if you're asking the next wr i took. it was marvin jones at 7.11. which was a guy i was targeting there. hugely underrated

then 4 of my next 5 picks were rbs. Had to try to load up on some guys i could plug into rb2 and one with huge upside

Do you mean Parker end of rd 6 then? You have the 2nd pick, how do you pick end of rd 5?

Yeah, ahead of those guys is fine. I see him going much higher for ADP than that. End of 6 is fine (or ahead of those guys which also sounds like end of 6 though)

Nice team overall though, I never even looked this up yet because I'm not getting Saquan but there is no handcuff for him?

Not a fan of Cohen at all, even with Montgomery out.

Pick end of round 5 because of 3rr

Not really a saquan cuff. Dion lewis and gallman are both there and would definitely split.

Patsfan pushing his draft to the last possible second

I actually like that strategy. Get as much info as possible before the draft and no time to over analyze and second guesd your picks

Clyde edwards-helaire to split carries

Not good for guys who took him as a top 5 pick which happened in both my drafts

He could still explode obviously. But such massive risk taking a rookie in the first round with no preaseason

Story out of the athletic

The Athletic
The Athletic's Nate Taylor suggests it would not be a surprise if Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams "split most of the Chiefs’ rushing attempts on opening night."

Also reported that james conner expected to be a bell cow and Austin Ekeler in a three man rotation

2.09 has potential to be 1 of the worst picks in the draft in PPR if everyone picks correctly I think

You got the top 8 picks, D Henry, Mixon, M Sanders, Drake, A Jones, Ekeler, Kittle, Kelce, Tyreke, Godwin, Julio, Hopkins

That's 20 guys....Who do you take picking 21st? I had to take this pick as I want Kamara at #4 (don't love Dalvin this year and even MThomas I think has some regression coming)

Jacobs, Chubb, D Moore, Thielen?

You are correct 9th is the worst pick unless someone reaches for one of those guys, then 9 becomes a Devante adams steal. He fell to 11th in my draft last night

I would just cross my fingers and hope somebody like drake, hopkins, hill falls there at 21. Drake fell to me at 20th overall. In my 500 league julio went in the 21st spot. So its possible you get a steal

Those kind of spots are high risk high reward. You may have someone fall to you and get a huge steal in a prime spot. Or the opposite

Basically you risk being the first pick at a new tier vs the reward of being the last pick of the previous tier

I love targeting draft positions that land me the last guy of that tier. Let the other owners make the tough decision while you soak up the value

No, I'm saying 2.09, not 9th overall...2nd rd

I really don't want Drake but if he's the guy that falls I'd take him...Hopefully Kittle falls, his hype doesn't seem as big as last year. Going into last year he was coming off a better year, getting a QB upgrade, it wasn't known how good their D was. I still think he has a vintage Gronk year in him (not as many TD's but double digits)

If all goes awry at that spot, I think DJ Moore maybe. That sound gross DJ Moore at 2.9 but it is a tough spot. Maybe Jacobs, I like him more than Chubb I think as Hunt is no joke as long as he doesn't get kicked outta the league for beating his girl agian.

Someone of value will be there. I love dj moore but I got him late third. Mid second is too high. I would draft either TE there. Although kittle has way more injury risk than most believe, especially with his play style. I had him last year and that offense is infuriating at times with how absurdly run heavy it gets.

If sf defense regresses and some tds fall his way he easily tops kelce. Although the health factor is a real risk imo

I really think you will end up with kittle there unless you love someone like godwin or get lucky and kelce falls

I have not seen kittle go earlier than 2.12 and as late as 3.05. He was a consistent mid to late round 3 pick last year.

Well, if it goes in the order of the top 20 I said then you gotta go a WR from the 7th-12th ranked range where you will be able to get similar caliber at 3.05. If you don't do that you would go like Jacobs or Chubb, I don't really like either as both profile as 2 down backs. Conner I actually do like some this year but 2.9 is too high for him.

It really is a tough spot if it goes bad but I had to lock up Kamara. Or put the league in a Kamara Lock, however you wanna say it.

Last year I liked all my picks besides rd 2 as well. I took Keenan Allen at 2.08, he got off to a great start and then I sold high on him for Chubb. Sometimes you gotta just make safe, boring picks when you don't like your spot and try to win the draft/league in other spots. But all those guys at 2.09 feel gross.

Kittle went 2.05 in my most recent draft.
I got Moore 4.02

Yeah Moore 2.9 I couldn't do....Probably will be Thielen or Jacobs if 1 of my personal top 20 doesn't fall.

I personally think he's a good late 2nd rd pick but I can see why perhaps someone won't take him until my pick. You gotta like a TE a lot to take him rd 2 obviously.

Also, looking into it more, I think DJ is pretty undervalued in the mid-late 4th. If you look at his results last 3 years, it is pretty noisy. 2017 broke his wrist, that's not a knee injury or something long-term. 2018 he played w/ a horrible coaching staff and Glennon/Rosen at QB. That team was awful.

Then last year he wasn't effective running the ball but he was averaging like 5 catches/100 total yards a game before they got Drake. Watson is the best QB he's ever had and O'brien will likely let him be DJ until he breaks down.

You are probably going to have to choose between David Johnson or one of the last guys from the Ridley, Woods, kupp, aj brown, chark tier in round 4

I think we will see significant regression from mccaffery this season. Guys who take on that massive workload normally disappoint the next year. Add in the fact that that its an wntirw new coaching staff and rbs basically never repeat qs rb1 and you have a good chance for decline.

The panthers D could be bad enough where he sees insane garbage time work but i dont see him repeating or improving on last year

I think mahomes blows up again this year and overtakes jackson. Amother reason i love kelce. He was the TE1 last season and in large part thay offense struggled and mahomes was hurt

It is fantasy, any RB could regress. Obviously this isn't the NBA and LeBron or Durant smashes for 15 years. But I feel more confident in CMC as #1 than I've ever felt about a RB as #1. He doesn't even have to play well to accumulate pts, the guy is a machine.

Thielen is growing on me at 2.09 if necessary....Diggs is gone and I don't expect their running game or defense to be as good as last year. Just hope he doesn't catch an injury like last year but if he doesn't he is setup for a monster season. Cousins for his faults has shown he can be a yardage machine as well.
