An individual can choose to take a vaccine or not, but if they choose not to and a business does mandate it.....then that's the individual's decision to walk away if it's worth that much to them

it’s really not a topic for now anyway, the pandemic is over. Biden failed to get the mandate implemented at the Federal level. No chance private companies are even considering Vax mandates anymore. Any companies who did mandate vaccines I’m sure have dropped that requirement.

If I was a business owner, I personally wouldn't mandate the vaccine for my employees.

But again, companies should be allowed to make that decision. So if an individual refuses to get vaccinated and a business mandates the vaccine, then that individual can't work there. Pretty simple.

It should be an individual business decision, definitely not mandated at the federal level
