Who has the best record at TheRX versus Widely Available lines

Well checked out Smartz, had heard some wonderful things about him. These picks are extraordinarily rogue, and not only unobtainable to followers but apparently nonexistent.

1. First Example

The first day I look at Smartz was 11/10/2006, from theoffshoreedge.com. Here are his plays

College Hoops Friday

2*UNLV -7.5
2*UAB -1
1*Penn -5
1*Monmouth +11
1*Eastern Washington +11
1*Butler -2
1*Lehigh +20 B(1/2)

Well the time it says on my Offshore Edge is 3:45 PM, which according to the thing at the bottom is 2 hours in front of me so 1:45 PST.

Now go to Donbest. Eastern WA is only at +9.5. He coulda got +11 on the overnight. Penn -5? Yeah if he got it before 9:35 pm like 16 hours ago! Its now -7 at the time of this post. UAB -1...well here looks likehe coulda got PK. Okay rest look good.

Okay what am I missing here....these are just so far off I think I could be
missing something.

TN +5 is an add-on later in the day. I see the top time as 4:51 pm which I think should be 2 hours earlier real time so 2:51 PM PST.

TN +5? Its +3.5. Another poster evidently saw that this was nowhere to be found and asked Smartz where he got the pick and Smart said Bet Atlas. Here is Donbest's Bet Atlas:

Perhaps Im looking at something wrong, maybe these are suggested bets, maybe somehow I have the wrong time, but these lines as posted here as I understand them are not rogue, they are make-believe.

I could put my trust in you that you are correct or choose to believe the fact that I looked at 4 random days of basketball and got these crazy, non-existent lines.

A half-point is generally considered worth 8 cents. These are 1.5 and 2 points off. So its not 2 cents off, its 32 cents off. If you win though, you're both right- you don't have to worry about it and you win 1.0 units. But when they lose, Smartz will presumably grade at -1.1 while you have to grade somewhere around -1.32.


3. "Smartz is as solid as they come"

Unless there is some explanation for these crazy rogue lines, this is not as solid as they come.

Regarding the 1st one I got those lines so idk what to say about that. You even said it yourself these lines were available just not at the time I posted. Someone failed to give me the memo that plays must be posted immediately after they have been turned in. During the CBB season I didnt post until I had my final card most of the time.

I started going through primarily BetAtlas and some local for more than half of the season after a receiving a $500 freeplay. The Tennessee one I had +4.5 and bought up to 5 at -115 on Betatlas. because if you bet in $20 increments it rounds down to -115 juice. While I failed to cite the b1/2 there I cited when I bought the hook almost every time. Not only did I grade every play -110 if I didnt cite the hook but I also never posted the -105's I got throughout the course of the season. Nor did I grade my plays as the -105 juice I received throughout the whole last 3 months of the cbb season from BetAtlas.com So if you think I was doing that to boost my record think again. I coulda saved a shitload posting the -105 I had for a large portion of the season.
Im giving out my action free of charge and im sorry if I didnt adhere to your standards of posting picks. I didnt sign any legally binding contracts ordering me to post in a certain matter and im human and make mistakes and sometimes dont pay attention to detail out of pure laziness or just being unaware. I've never once come in any forum boasting my past records and only brought it up if it was asked for. So I dont know why all this came about.

Secondly all this jargon about beating the closing line. Who gives a fuck? Part of capping is finding the best line available. Be it calling around locals or checking site to site. Why you'd want to bet into lines that give you a lesser chance of profiting is beyond me. But I guess you assume all people should to appease your OCD when it comes to grading picks. Gambling is all about getting an edge on the house. When people play into bad lines or as you say "rogue" lines they are in it to make money. If a book is offering a bogus line why shouldnt someone not take advantage. The last thing on anyones mind is impressing you. I'll tell you what follow me for the rest of the season or whatever if Im doing some incredibly bogus shit like listing a fav as a dog or grading losses as wins. Call me out on it and crucify me. Until then leave me alone I've done nothing to have you come call me out as a cheat.
