OGATA- Why dont you tease
Virginia(+9)
Rice(-2) and
Northwestern (+8)

Also, i am taking Michigan State $$ line over Penn State. I predicted the $$ line on Iowa vs. Penn State and i am feeling it again. If not a tease take these straight up:

Virginia (+2.5) @ home against Clemson. UVA is 4-2 @ home and Clemson is 1-2 on the road. Virginia is also coming off a bye week and they allow an average of 17 points a game but this weekend I think will be different since they have had two weeks to prepare for Spiller and Davis. Jetplane’s system liked UVA also and Clemson has not found its identity yet. I really like this one. Also UVA’s rushing Defense is #13 in the nation so I expect them to shut Clemson down on the running game.

Rice (-8) @ Marshall. Rice is ranked 15 in the nation in passing yards and thrown for 34 TD’s with only 6 INT’s while Marshall is #29 in passing defense. Rice also has 17 rushing TD’s and Marshall has #93 rushing defense. I have seen Rice play I think 3 times this year and they have some talent, they are 3-3 on the road so that means they have played 6/10 games away so being on the road is nothing new. I think -8 is a present, Jetplane has Rice as well.

Minnesota (+6) vs. Iowa. I like Minnesota @ home and Iowa plays like ass on the road. They are 1-3 on the road. Minnesota is ranked #113 on rushing defense and Iowa is ranked #92 in rushing offense so that should be a good match up. I might even consider this one in a tease and that is it. Jetplane’s system said Minnesota as well and it also said that this is the wrong favorite.

Michigan State (+14) vs. Penn State. I am all over this one for some reason. MSU is overall 9-2 this year, waaaay overlooked. They are 6-1 at home and PS is 4-1 on the road, MSU plays great at home. PSU has the #29 ranked rushing offense and MSU has #25 rushing defense and PSU has the #75 ranked passing offense verses MSU #62 ranked defense. Should be a good match up but I really like the Spartans here.

Those are all very nice observations, if they stand true--which i'm not doubting they are right now. I think RICE is a pretty decent play but we gotta remember that they decimated HOUSTON on TV a while back. I think we should go back to see if there are similarities in HOUSTON/RICE and see if Marshall is going to exploit them again. I know that HOUSTON was making a comeback even though their star WR broke his leg. Again, awesome that you did some homework and found all that out buddy. GET EM!

OGATA> Remember, SYS1 still isn't right yet! I have to redo the #'s... only SYS2 is correct right now.

OFFICIAL PLAY:
CMU OVER 55.5 *NORMAL*

Line has been driven up... I was gonna make it a medium/large play but since i'm getting less of an advantage I'll settle for a regular play. More big ones will come, hope you all cashed on last nites over. Get em.

the only one i dont love out of those is Minnesota, but they won for me last weekend and i think that they can handle Iowa if Iowa plays like they have on the road. I fell that Michigan State is going to not just cover but beat Penn State. I like Rice's passing game, i think they will throw the ball all over Marshall. What do you think about the half time line tonight Ball State (-4). I went ahead and put a small number on it

I haven't been very good with colleg halftimes. My numbers for NFL halves aren't bad.

i have probably placed three bets on half time lines in my life but i like this one. Most the time i dont even look at them. I would feel more comfortable getting on the halftime lines. I did put a big number down for the over though. Hope it hits

yeah dude, i'm pulling for the over too! was a big play til it moved almost 2pts. I usually wouldn't mind a ball state halftime bet but i think CMU has a fighting chance, moreso then kent did last nite... kent was a situational play but this is even bigger situationally because CMU is fighting for the top spot, and they are at home. Who knows tonight... I think it's A LOT stronger than Kent State because even the systems said that NIU was going to win last nite... tonight the systems say BALL ST but by a lesser margin with larger implications!

ABSOLUTE59- I got that one mixed up, good lookin out man, sorry about that. So i might need to re-think that. But i am still all over it. Maybe not $ line, but MSU +14 for sure, they are coming off of a bye week and Penn State has lost a little heart after their title hopes went down the drain

FOUND the explanation... hope it helps:

No problem... i don't have the captions on all of them because there's so many games i don't want to do that lol.

the "YES" means that the WRONG TEAM is favored as projected by system 2.

the "PLAY BETTER TEAM" means that statistically the performance of the better ranked team (as ranked by system 2) will be greater than the performance of the other team.

If there is no "PLAY BETTER TEAM" indicated than that means that the sheet doesn't anticipate a big gap in performance from either team. I don't have one that says "PLAY WORSE TEAM" yet because I don't know how to figure out what #'s I need to search for when determining a dog winning SU in an upset.

The "YES" does not always mean it's a play...just because the wrong team is favored doesn't mean they will cover, they just have an edge.

Teasing in college will lose over the long run

Also, i am taking Michigan State $$ line over Penn State. I predicted the $$ line on Iowa vs. Penn State and i am feeling it again. If not a tease take these straight up:

PSU at home on senior day...bad move in my opinion

Virginia (+2.5) @ home against Clemson. UVA is 4-2 @ home and Clemson is 1-2 on the road. Virginia is also coming off a bye week and they allow an average of 17 points a game but this weekend I think will be different since they have had two weeks to prepare for Spiller and Davis. Jetplane’s system liked UVA also and Clemson has not found its identity yet. I really like this one. Also UVA’s rushing Defense is #13 in the nation so I expect them to shut Clemson down on the running game.

Very solid play, UVA needs this game to become bowl eligible

Rice (-8) @ Marshall. Rice is ranked 15 in the nation in passing yards and thrown for 34 TD’s with only 6 INT’s while Marshall is #29 in passing defense. Rice also has 17 rushing TD’s and Marshall has #93 rushing defense. I have seen Rice play I think 3 times this year and they have some talent, they are 3-3 on the road so that means they have played 6/10 games away so being on the road is nothing new. I think -8 is a present, Jetplane has Rice as well.

Another solid play

Minnesota (+6) vs. Iowa. I like Minnesota @ home and Iowa plays like ass on the road. They are 1-3 on the road. Minnesota is ranked #113 on rushing defense and Iowa is ranked #92 in rushing offense so that should be a good match up. I might even consider this one in a tease and that is it. Jetplane’s system said Minnesota as well and it also said that this is the wrong favorite.

I have lost all faith in Minn after last week, should be the right side but who knows with them this year.

Since PSU is the home team on senior day you may need to rethink this one. But +14 is still a lot, even in Happy Valley.

BOL this weekend!

NOOB- Good point, i did mess up thinking MSU was at home so forgive me for that. I am rethinking it, but i think the Spartans havent gotten any respect this year and now is their chance. They are 9-2 but i will do some more research on it. I do still like Minnesota, they covered last week but didnt look good and Iowa is a disaster away.
