Back to the well again today.
I was expecting to see Milwaukee's team total at 2.5 today and will take my chances they don't reach the 4 runs needed in order for me to take the loss here.
Rondon and Chapman both got the night off yesterday so if we can get at least 7 IP out of Jake we will only be using our top arms in this game. The Brewers can't be too excited about this after scoring just 2 runs in the first 3 games of this series and now having to make an attempt at avoiding the four game sweep in an early afternoon game on getaway day following a night game... I'm not expecting the Milwaukee bats to wake up in this less than ideal spot for them.
I won't be touching it at the expensive price of -133 at home against a pitcher who I respect, Davies. We have a very solid lineup today so if Davies' command is off it should cash but if he's sharp as he has been lately (save his last start) you could find yourself in a less than ideal situation.
