Jake, it'll be interesting to see the reaction of h&e, ff and big lou(I'm very surprised by lou) if you happen to win eleven or even seven or eight days in a row. I'm pretty sure hammy won,t be on this thread with twenty-one (21) entries if that were to happen.

This is why you don't go tout after one good season. You have to show that you have what it takes over the long haul, which you can't do in one season.

As someone who wants to release pro football picks for a living, it amazes me how fast people become touts. Everyone with a computer and internet access is a handicapper now.

Jake stopped posting NBA picks after he was losing very badly. Quitting after the first sign of trouble is not someone I would want to send my money to.

It is curious how touts have evolved with the internet. I think the cool thing now is to have a "free" site because they are such great people and like to give away things for free and then have people click links to these sportsbooks which they can profit off of. That way, they can say they are not touts which seems to have negative connotations these days and yet they can still make money off their "free" site. Maybe you can look into this Jake.

Jake, I have this Cubs game on and I have to tell you that I see a loss coming up here for you. Kerry Wood can be erratic and Cinci has lost 2 days in a row. Not only that, but you played Cinci the last two days and now you are finall trying to recoup your losses in the series by playing the big wood with Wood. It looks like a chase to me..

vegas- what a great place to meet up..a Jake Thompson thread where we find him on an 11 DAY losing streak only a few weeks into the season. we will see about the shirts, i think that Angelle was sending some out on Mon.

well this Reds game looks like it will go JT's way, but I am still wondering where he got Cubs at 245. He had the play posted at Cubs -250, then 10 min later I see it changed to -245. I look at Don Best and everyone has it at 250-260...tout stuff.
