OK I will admit that's a half truth.
I would prefer that my retirement account doesn't tank. I don't want our two homes to lose too much value. I hope my favorite restaurants don't shutter their doors. I don't want my personal freedoms raped and pillaged. I don't want the government to continue to print money causing a weakening of the USD, meaning my savings is worth less, and my parents to have to adjust they way they live cause their retirement is now worth less because it costs $7 to buy a gallon of milk.

From that perspective, yeah I'm selfish. But these are things that all Americans should be concerned about.

I didn’t say political motives weren’t going on. I never said that one time. I said there is a difference between understanding this virus and rushing to open the country.
