An easy win today with the Over 9 on the Tigers/Twins game.
On Twitter - someone commented that today's play was betting against an umpire that has 6-1 unders behind the plate. Now, I'm not trying to be an ass here, but JUST looking at umpires for betting on baseball is not a good idea. Plate umps will get good pitchers some days, great pitchers others, and sometimes - poor pitchers. It's the PITCHING and Pens that factor into MLB results more than anything else. Now, you can use an umpire's tendencies as one of many criteria for handicapping a game. But it should NOT be the sole or most important factor. If I've got 2 crummy pitchers on the hill, and an umpire who is a majority "Under" guy behind the plate, sorry, but I'm prioritizing the pitchers over the umpires. Every time.
